I was in desperate need of new running shoes and happened to be right by the store but realized they were closing ten minutes later. I went in with the intention of only looking because who wants to be that customer holding someone up, especially on a Friday night. An associate named Aaron greeted me as immediately promised I wasnt staying but was just there to quickly look. He then happily assisted me and assured me he was alright with me getting fitted. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and really willing to help me. He didnt seem the slightest bit bothered that I kept him past closing and in fact insisted that I stay. He let me test three different pairs of shoes and gave honest feedback on each. If you are in the market for a new pair of running shoes this place is a must and Aaron is the guy to see!

You know you will get a good quality running shoes when you shop at Charm City Run. The staff brings out as many shoes as you wish to try on and they can watch you walk on a treadmill to assess your needs. Friendly staff and a great rewards program.
