Wish I had gone to Fleet Feet years ago. After an hour and half of extremely personal service, measuring my feet, filming me walking, filming me running, analysis of my stride and how my feet land, and probably 12-14 different pairs of shoes (with test running probably equaled 1/2 mile) I got a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 15 that felt like they were made for me. I was surprised about the size, the fit and how abusive to my body I have been because of the wrong shoes I have been running in. Push the "I believe button, go and get fitted and enjoy a great run. And if you are wondering, there is no mark-up on the shoes for the service, it is just an amazing specialized running store that invests time in your well being. Walked in and the store was very busy but I was still greeted immediately and was help right away. there were two employees working at the time and they were able to make sure everyone was being helped. I was asked several questions about what kind of running I do, what I want or need in a shoe. they looked at my old pair top to bottom and then started bringing out shoes that would fit my needs. They used a tablet to record my feet while I was running to see what my gate was doing and all that. I couldnt recommend this store enough based on this this experience vs what I have come to expect from other specialty running stores in our area that basically point out several possible shoes you might like and stand there looking at you till you just pick one.

Fleet Feet is by far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced! From the moment I stepped in the store until I completed my purchase, my feet were treated like royalty. From the video analysis of my gait to the custom fitting of each shoe, I was very impressed by the technical expertise, customer service, and genuine care for my running/walking needs. I walked into the store in excruciating pain due to flat feet, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, and torn cartilage....and I walked out in a pair of Hokas with nearly zero pain! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this store and their excellent service!

I went there with my mom in hopes that they would be able to fit her with shoes that would work with her brace, not only did she get a pair of shoes but so did I. Thay make sure they are properly fitting you by taking video of you walking and jogging so they can tell what your feet are doing. I have never had this kind of personal help in a shoe store before. Will definitely be back.

I have some minor knee and shin issues. Robin worked for 2 hours to help find the right shoes for me. What knowledge, what patience, what a system!!! I am impressed. I ran a 5k sunday in shoes purchased friday night with no pain in a respectable time. This is my new buy my running shoes shop. Thank you for going above and beyond!!!!

Decent selection of distance running shoes (Asics, Nike, Brooks, Mizuno, New Balance, Hoka One One). No real selection of lightweight trainers and no racing shoes. They let you run outside to test shoes which is great, but still use antiquated methods for fitting and too often push Stability shoes.
