I went to Lady foot locker (Not sure why this review is under my husbands name, fyi, I am most definitely a woman.) earlier this year in May, and I was looking for a pair of sneakers I had seen on the internet. When I went to the store I was looking for them where the "running shoes" were, and Ill admit, Im a little overweight, but I am not obese, and the young, blonde sales associate came up to me and said "Mam, do you even run?" in a very mean, condescending tone. Excuse me? That was a pretty low blow. Needless to say, I walked out, and bought shoes elsewhere. Lady footlocker will never have my business again, and I would never recommend such a rude store to anyone. They really need to teach their workers to have some respect for the people who shop there, because in essence, we are their paycheck.

Went in on Black Friday for sneakers for my daughter and Jessica was the associate to help me out. Sadly they didnt have the size avail in store that I needed, however she went right to the computer and informed me the size was avail to order, Id get the same sale price, and she waved the shipping! Only problem was she ordered the wrong size...no big deal tho cuz I went in tonight and Leah helped me out in less than 5 minutes to get the right size ordered! Thanks ladies!!

ZERO STARS! Just called to check if this store has a shoe I was looking for. I was talked to extremely rude and told that the associate never heard of the shoe so no. And the phone was hung up. Didnt check, ask if I wanted to order them, nothing. Just called back and talked to a manager and they seemed to care less as well. Will not EVER be giving this place my business.

Walked in only to be completely ignored by staff not even the usual welcome. Other people came in and were immediately helped. I guess they just judge your outward appearance and decide if they will provide good customer service. Took my business elsewhere.
