On my way to Myrtle Beach Spring bike week from NY, I developed a problem with my brakes. I arrived at Coastal first thing Monday morning and explained to them my problem. In short order, they got my bike in the shop and made the repairs needed so I could enjoy Bike Week. Many places talk about customer service, but Tim and Dave and their staff truly exemplify it. They were extremely busy with scheduled work not to mention people looking to buy a new bike and I greatly appreciated their taking care of me. Scott, the tech that repaired my bike and Ben who was writing service orders kept me informed and did a great job on the repair. They truly made the difference in my having a great vacation.

I worked w/ Heather for about a month on the purchase of one of their used motorcycles. The issue was my moving from Maryland to South Carolina and was buying the motorcycle site unseen. Heather answer all my questions got the information needed to answer my questions and smooth the path to ownership. The price , condition, and type of cruiser mad it a no brainer considering the dealership and their customer service. Josh was fantastic handling the financials, April handled tag ,registration, and title, Kevin is great in the service dept. w/ handling any repair issues. Courteous staff that is truly customer serviced based - will be my choice moving forward.

This may be a great dealership to most but I couldnt agree. Bought my Indian during spring bike week, was told it was on the truck and would be here within the week.Now three weeks later its still on the truck and waiting to be delivered. I dont like being misled or lied to, at this point I ready to ask for my deposit back and find a new dealer, even if I have to travel some. If this the way they treat a new customer I feel sorry for their current customers.

Kevin in parts is a great guy. He works with me, and I am about as specific as possible when it comes to my motorcycle. He has great patience despite he busy schedule at work. Jason and Josh in sales consistently make me feel like they want my business and great me every time I walk through the door here. This is a great dealership and I am happy to give them my business.

Fast and easy pickup of my 16 Indian Chieftan. Sales, Service department were great. Very knowledgable and courteous. No gimmicks or hidden charges in the service department. Very satisfied. Have been a life long Harley rider but havent looked back since the first time I twisted the grip on my Chieftan.

As everyone knows by now, Victory Motorcycles are not producing bikes OR t-shirts anymore. So, I went to my local GM dealer today and I was appalled to find that Pontiac was not producing cars anymore AND they were completely out of FIERO t-shirts!! #CoastalIndianRules
