I went in today to look at some stuff for Valentines Day for my husband it was during my lunch so I had to look pretty quickly. When I walked in a tall lady with a haircut like a man stopped me and asked if I had been in before. I said yes and she said, "So you know about my bag policy, I dont allow bags in here." I said oh ok so I gave it to her and she carried it as if she was carrying a bag of waste. I hadnt been in the store in a while and had forgotten about their bag policy. As I looked around I was never asked if I needed help, but there was this other tall long haired ugly girl following me through the whole store as if I was going to steal something. I felt terrible when I left the store, I had been in before and no one has ever followed me through the store as she did today. I am hispanic, not saying that is why she followed me but what else could it be. Im not a thief and would never steal anything from them. There are too many stores in Lubbock to have to ever go through that kind of treatment. Id rather go to Victorias Secret!!! Needless to say I wont be going back there EVER again!!!

I worked for Kristi (the owner) for over 2 years in the store. Intimate Expressions is the best place to find everything you need to spice it up. If you dont see it in the store, they can and will order it for you. The girls that work there are super sexy and super helpful, so dont be scared to ask for help! They have everything you need from bachelorette gifts and party supplies, jewelry, shoes, hosiery, sexy lingerie, swimwear, costumes...the list goes on! Kristease is an awesome dance studio attached to the actual boutique. They have amazing classes with amazing instructors that will teach you any seductive dance move you feel the need to learn. So go in and check it out...you wont be disappointed!

Intimate Expressions is THE store to go to in Lubbock if you are looking for anything, well, intimate. I shop there frequently because the selection is by far the biggest, cutest, best quality, most tasteful and best priced. Ive never had a bad experience there. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The location is in a great, busy part of town and it is easily accessible. They do ask for ID at the door and they do ask you to check your bag at the door but its not personal, they do this to EVERYONE. Im a regular and they still check my bag when I walk in. Its nothing to get your feelings hurt over.

Ive been shopping at Intimate Expressions for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find that special something. IE is the only place in town where you can find this unique collection of items. Victorias Secret, Fredericks of Hollywood, and the other "lingerie stores" in town dont have anything on the items or the service youll find at Intimate Expressions. Theres a fit for EVERY body type here. I had my bachelorette party here, and it was the best party EVER. I cant recommend this place enough.

As a business professional myself, I have no problem with the way Intimate Expressions is run, and as a matter of fact, I enjoy shopping there a great deal. The girls are knowledgeable, helpful, and generally quite pleasant. Also, you cant beat the selections. The store carries all things sexy, and if thats what youre looking for, its impossible to leave without finding something. They also have great in-store parties for girls and couples that are fun and informative. I will continue to give them my business, and support.

If your not White dont even step foot in this business I had $500 in my wallet ready to spend on lingerie for my honey moon and as soon as you walk in they dont greet you they say I need to see your ID and literally walk around the entire store watching you I felt completely targeted since there was other people in the store so I left and went down the street to cIndies and spent my money where it was appreciated!

We have been in twice, and both times we were greeted and assisted with our questions and needs. We were left alone while browsing. Noticing the interaction with other customers and ourselves, the staff knows what they are doing and are quite experiences at helping each person find exactly what they are looking for. It is a bit small, but selection and services are great. They need a slightly bigger location.

The closing hours are rubbed out on the doors. Google says they close at 9pm. I walked up to the locked doors at 8:25 pm. What a waste of gas.
