Quality product lines, but some low end toys mixed in. Costumes more aimed at professionals than the average wife/gf. Not much in the way of dress up gear for males, but they certainly carry glbt products. I wish there were more females on staff, as a few of the younger males seemed a bit too excited about advising me. Older gentleman is professional, though. I do wish it was a bit more discreet instead of having giant windows with flashing lights. I may be sex positive, but my family members are not, and I did worry about being seen in the local sex shop by a younger relative!

I bought item at the store and was the shirt it was the worlds quietest. We were not able to test it because then we will batteries only thing thats store. when we got home and put batteries in it we found out we bought a lawn mower. It was too late to go back and return the next day. But we were told that the test we took it home we could not be a store credit or exchange. the woman even told me that it would be quieter when I inserted it.

The cashier was absolutly horrible. Will never return to this store as a result of the way I was spoken to and literally yelled at when I smelled a massage lotion. She then continued to yell across the store at me and when I said okay lets pay and get out of her kept going with a very condescending attitude. This store had a lot of good products at decent prices but the help is utter complete trash. I do plan on contacting their management.

Recently I had a bad experience with one of the workers here and it wasnt the first time. However, after airing my concerns to management, the owner was very kind and gracious to extend his apologies and offer a gesture of good will that I very much appreciated. I visit the place because its stocked full of items for me to buy and is conveniently located near where I live, and I will continue to be a customer of theres for a long time.

Lady made rude comment saying "Im rich, I can afford these" when she was the only person working and was standing outside smoking her cigarette that she was nearly done with before we even entered the store. When entering I asked about a lubricant and she said with attitude, "Honey, i dont know which lube your asking, I have never heard of it before so why would you keep asking"? Avoid this place due to rude employee!!!!

I was totally confused about what to get for our anniversary. I walked in to the store and was shocked at the amount of lingerie and toys they had. The staff knew everything about everything they carried, which was great because I asked a lot of questions. Thank you again to the staff, your recommendations hit the nail on the head, we had a great night!

Every time Ive been here, wether with friends or my boyfriend, the young lady on staff was very sweet and talkative, and even shared a few laughs. Great selection for such a small store, they certainly maximize the space theyve got! Ill most definitely be a repeat customer, even if its a bit of a drive.

Was very helpfull as a novice i was treated as a person not a money object and when i asked about something she showed me right where they were. I will come back for sure. Only thing is i wish they had more in the butt play section and the lotion are i little over priced. But over all not bad priceing

Great Selection Really impressed with the selection here. They have a lot of the nicer made toys and a good selection of lingerie. Staff is also super nice. Prices are definitely a little high (online is cheaper).
