I love the store but I feel dissapointed, I walked in and spent over 30 min trying to find what I was looking for without noticing that there was a lady at the counter the whole time sitting down looking at her phone and never greet me or seem to a knowledge me. I asked for couple suggestions and couple questions about the products and she really didnt show the minimum interest, motivitation or simple as customer service skills.. I dont feel like coming back.

After visiting Shades of Love, I found it to be a classy and upscale establishment unlike others including Love Shack and Temptations. The store contains a vast variety of quality products, and the staff members are both sensitive and EXTREMELY knowledgeable on their own products as well as information of a more intimate nature. Ditch the other places, and go to Shades of Love!

This is the most amazing adult store I have ever been in. Comfortable u dont feel any pressure has a womans touch, it does not feel as it would with stores that is run by men u dont feel there eyes following you. It felt like a visit to a friends house, very light very open and feminine. I would give this place 10 stars if I could :)

I have been to this store a few times and have had a good experience. Very friendly staff and a tasteful variety of products. Lost of sexy "clothing" for women. I would recommend it to spice up any relationship. Also great for the sexy Halloween costumes, it is never to early to shop around for that. Have fun!

I have been to the other places in town (Adam & Eve, Temptations, & Love Shack) and Shades is the store that I always come back to. They have what I need 99% of the time, and if they dont they get it in for me quickly. Plus the staff are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend giving them a look!

I loved how the employees were very kind, and albe to help us find what we were looking for, I felt very comfortable in this environment, the music playing also was awsome , very positive and up beat... I loved it here , I would highly recommend coming here.

Went in and was totally ignored. I guess my ethnicity may have scared the employee on the phone the whole time I was there because when an older white gent came in he was given 1st class treatment. Too damn expensive there any how. Nice set up though.

I had never been to Shades of Love before until today and I was impressed! The prices are so much cheaper than Adult Video Megaplex and feels a lot cleaner. I will without a doubt be going there from now on! Great service as well!

Probably the cleanest adult store in San Antonio by far. Didnt have an awkward vibe at all, very friendly staff, however the variety of actual toys could be better. But I highly suggest this place for lingerie and similar items.

This place is great. took my wife to do a little shopping and didnt feel dirty! They even have a web site that you can order from the comfort of your own home. We will defiantly be back (Valentines Day is around the corner)

Shades of love is the place to go for romantic lingerie and toys! Rose delivers amazing customer service and is funny, knowledgeable and smart! She also gives all types of classes which are fun and entertaining as well!
