I drove over 100 miles to visit this store. I found great vintage items and filled up 2 carts. I ask the cashier if I could park the carts by the front register, so I could fill up another. She told me that she couldnt watch the carts. I put my coat over them and told her that I was going to keep shopping, and would take my chances. When her Lead Manager came in, he told her to PUT IT ALL AWAY, that we do not hold item for paying customers. When I filled up 2 more carts,and went to front area to pay. All of my items were gone. The cashier that I had spoke to was putting it all away with my coat still in the cart. I was never paged, or called to the front before they decided to put it all away. The store is not that big Im sure they could see me still shopping. I felt like they didnt want to take the time to ring out an pack up a large sale. I called Corporate and they will not even return several phone message that I have left. The Management and employees need some serious training in CUSTOMER SERVICES. I own a retail antique store in Cincinnati. We thrive on great customer service. Shame on you for not doing the same.

Called over the phone and I knew from the start I was going to have an oddball question for them and explained that first thing. Woman on the other end of the phone was rude, condescending, did not listen to what I was asking, and was overall not the least bit helpful in finding out if they had something on the sale floor that I was interested in purchasing and driving two hours to come get. Would give a zero if I could give less.

The staff is friendly. This was my preferred Goodwill Store location before the East side location moved into the old OMalias space. It always was cleaner. I just wish it were larger. Since there are 2 Goodwill Stores in town, it would be really helpful if they would be more separate in what they carry. For example, if one only carried clothes, and the other carried everything else.

I love resale shops, so believe me when I say that this one is the best. Outgoing college students dump tons of very high quality, almost new, fashionable clothes. The kids section is very big and has lots of sizes. Theres always something good in the furniture section. A lot of toys, but not that great. Overall, a very good goodwill.

Ive always had good luck at this Goodwill. The staff has always been kind and helpful, the selection of items is of course extremely varied but usually good. The only off putting thing is that the organization of the place could use a little upkeep. Especially in the bags/backpack area.

Compared to other locations, this is an excellent place. I have often found movies and CDs that are hard to find, plus you can easily find whole dinnerware sets, silverware and glasses. If youre lucky, you may just find a wireless router as well. Great for filling an apartment.

This place has all kinds of items, yet the place is a disaster. Everything is everywhere. Items piled up on shelves so much that if you touch it, it may all fall into the floor. Clothing is mixed up together, its hard when looking for specific sizes.
