I had a very disappointing experience here. For starters, this store is obscenely overpriced. They have a 20-25% up-charge on all their offerings compared to other stores I browsed in Bloomington, it was kind of dumbfounding. The most agitating part of my visit here was their customer service, or rather lack thereof. I was quite literally the only customer in the store, there were a half dozen staff members there. It took them over 15 minutes to even acknowledge me. After bothering to ask if I needed help, they then proceeded to be rude and dismissive. They implied that I was too poor for their fine home furnishings because I asked why their prices were so high (i.e. $1100 for a simple wine rack). They also suggested I shop somewhere more in my price range - I was looking for a wine rack in the $600-$900 range, its pretty sad if their prices are so inflated they couldnt find anything to offer me. Bottom line, take your business elsewhere. Stahls staff made it VERY clear that they do not need it.

I was very disappointed at the customer service I received at Stahls when I was searching for a couch earlier today. The person "helping" me was not welcoming at all, didnt even respond to my asking how she was doing. When I tried to initiate discussion about what I was looking for (a sectional) and my price point, all she did was walk me around the store and point out all the sectionals (in and out of my price point) of which there were very few and none of them were attractive to me. When I asked about the fillings and upholstery options she couldnt tell me even the most basic information. Just prior to my stop at Stahls I had been at another store for 2+ hours looking at sectionals and getting questions answered, but I was in and out of Stahls in 7 minutes.

I recently made a purchase from Stahl Furniture and was very pleased. After searching a various other furniture stores around town, Stahl was the most professional yet friendly and welcoming as well. There were some complications with the company Stahl ordered the furniture from but Wade (Stahl salesman) was great with checking in frequently and making sure it all turned out great. The furniture was a great price and excellent quality---something to keep for years to come. The delivery guys were very friendly and accomodating as well. I highly recommend Stahl Furniture and suggest you ask for Wade!

My husband and I bought a new mattress set from Stahls. The customer service was beyond excellent (Charles). While the customer service was great we were very disappointed with how long it took to get it. We were told it would take 7-10 days and it took 2 weeks for us to get.
