DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! The prices may seem reasonable but I promise you, you will save more money making a purchase with a more reputable company. I purchased a king sized mattress set with box spring and some bar stools. The first thing that seemed a little off that made me leery was that the woman in the store was almost too pushy. Telling us "we needed to get the mattress now! No one else could beat their prices and as soon as the delivery truck comes the military guys purchase the mattresses right away and there would be none left." She even went to the extent to tell us that we had until the next day by 12 pm to place an order. Even though I felt she was too pushy and bent our arms it was a good deal. We paid, walked out the door feeling like we made a good decision... boy was I wrong. Time passed and we heard nothing from this woman. After placing several calls to the store with no answer my fiance and I decided to go back to the store to check the status of our order. I asked the lady (same saleswoman) about our order and why we never received a phone call; she said she called us, no one answered and she just didnt leave a message (Ive never made a purchase to a company, had a scheduled delivery, and them not call to confirm the delivery, NEVER). Second she tells me that our bar stools were on back-order and she had no idea when they would be ready.Therefore, I made her make a phone call to see when the availability would be. After telling me it would be another 3 weeks I asked for a refund. She tells us that if we paid with a debit card we were unable to get a refund and had to wait one week until the owner returns to bring more checks. I told her to get the owner on the phone and she asks me why should she call the owner and that she was not going to call him. My issue is if I paid you money you need to figure out how you will refund it back and why do I need to wait two more weeks to have my money refunded. A customer walked in and she tried to get me to leave the store so the customer would not know how shady they are. I was furious and would never ever purchase from this store again. You get what you pay for and this place is a prime example of that. Bad customer service, scammers, and greedy individuals who would rather take your hard earned money and offer you nothing.

We looked all around our area for a comfortable living room set for about 6 months. We couldnt seem to find what we were looking for for the prices we were willing to spend. I have been in Furniture Savings several times and they usually dont have what Im looking for, so I hadnt been in in a while. When I went by a couple of weeks ago, she had a new set of living room furniture that had just come in. It was exactly what we were looking for! Its very soft and very stylish including wood trim. Denise is great to work with and will give you a discount. She saved us about $600 from what we had picked out at another store in the area. We saved so much that we decided to buy a bedroom set she had on the floor that is gorgeous and high-quality. Since we live so close by, she loaned her right-hand man Lucious to help us move the furniture into our house at no extra charge. Hes a nice guy! As another option, they also have an outside company that will deliver the furniture for about $85/hour.Go see her - she has alot on the showroom floor, but if she doesnt have what you want on the floor, you can look through her catalogs or go online to look at companies such as Ashley and Coaster to pick something out, and sometimes she can get it for you at discounted prices.

sooo... i ordered a rather large order of furniture (a kids bedroom, master bedroom, and a kitchen table) back in mid-June. well, it took about a month to get the master bedroom furniture in, then the lady said that my kids bedroom set was backordered, then about two weeks later she said that it was discontinued and id have to pick a different set. the table i ordered came in the wrong color so she gave me the right color off of the floor, then she said shed oder a new table top and leg for that table because they didnt fit together right so someone jerry-rigged it. so, the table top and my kids bedroom set came in about the same time, and when i got them home, the kids bedroom set was the wrong color but the mahogany wasnt so far off from the black that i wanted so i didnt have her re-order it and take the chance of aiting even longer. The table top and leg turned out to be a table top and two chair legs, not a table leg. now, two weeks later, i am still waiting for a table leg, and their phone is messed up. So, the prices were fantastic, but unless you have the time and patience to put up with exceedingly poor service, then id say go down to a reputable furniture store and get what you pay for! I know i wish i did!

Me and my mom have been shopping around awhile for leather couches. We been on base went to biglots rooms to go and some other place in the area. our last place was furniture savings before we decided to go back to base and stick with the no tax deal. as we walked in the place seemed a little run down. But looks can be deceiving as we walked around we didnt get attacked like some furniture stores do wich i appreciate it gave us time too look around and kinda take our time and see what we did and didnt like. As we were gettin close to the door the lady asked can i help you guys with anything? is their something that your lookin for? so we told her what we wanted and she went above and beyond to help us get the best deal and the exact same couches we were lookin for. and i been to alot of places with my mom and this women was the best she knew every furniture we had and i only had to pull some pics out of my cell phone and she was turning the page showing us the exact same set we had in our rooms. I never seen anything like it! so yess i will be recommending this place too all my friends and family as well as coworkers. places like that deserve a great review..

Not even sure where to begin! Customer service is beyond anything I have experienced. Denise not only kept her store open late so I can shop at her store on a Saturday night because my plane was delayed and I only had the weekend to shop for my newly remodeled condo. She worked with me to put together the look I was searching for and made sure I was happy. I ended up buying everything I needed through Denise at Furniture Savings. The quality and pricing is something I could of never found and beaten thru another furniture store. Denise provided excellent customer service and continued to provide that service once the furniture was delivered. She made she everything was in top condition and if it wasnt she had it replaced and delivered at no extra charge. If you are in need of furniture, I highly recommend Furniture Savings in Fort Walton Beach. Denise will take excellent care of you. You will not be disappointed!
