I bought a new Hot tub from them 4 years ago. Delivery went smoothly and that hot tub was amazing. I always used their chemicals and never had a problem. Before I bought this hot tub I went to hot tub and spa places in person to get prices and warranty information because as you know you cant find the stuff online. Family leisure had the best price for a hot tub. And the lifetime warranty on the hot tub was a great asset for when we sold our house last year. I just bought a house with an inground pool built by them and its a fantastic pool. We had a spa come with our new house and we needed help having it assessed. Family Leisure recommended Bill, A spa contractor to come to our house and do the job. he overcharged us and took advantage of us and not only did he not finish the job but he pressured us into paying him cash only and stupidly told us how he likes to keep money from the IRS. My husband drove to the bank to get the money for him in cash in the middle of the day because he put so much pressure on us and we felt that if he was recommended by such a great company that he would still do the job and we were desperate to have this hot tub that was new to us in good working order after multiple failed attempts at fixing it on our own. On a quick sidenote I hired an inspector from Atlantic pools which was a very bad idea as he overcharged us and did not do proper inspections so Im putting that out there to not ever hire that company. I went to family leisure to buy some chemicals and I told the staff about my experience with Bill. The staff had compassion on me and the manager came and took over. I did not expect any help I just thought I was screwed and would possibly have to buy a new hot tub. The manager came to my house personally and assessed the situation and free of charge to me the company fixed our hot tub with the parts that Bill said were no longer made. Furthermore the manager had a talk with Bill about him overcharging me and ranting about cash only and then not even following through with what he promised he would do. I am very happy with the service from this company and if I ever have any questions I like to go in there personally and get help. I find thats a better way to get assistance than calling on the phone (Id called about Bill and the other guys seemed to be covering for him but once in person I talked to the women st the front and they set everything in motion to be resolved) and I like how you can bring in your water samples and they will sell you the correct product to fix it. It was so sweet that after this ordeal they even gave my daughter some free gifts which definitely help me feel better

by far the worst experience Ive ever had first bought my pool super excited then it took them 3 different appointments to install it. finally got them out here the 3rd time and they show up 5 hrs late my pool which I had to go buy 3 pieces of equipment just to complete the install because they lost them. they did send someone out a week later to correctly install the lost pieces and to fix some other issues. about 3 days after that we are finally able to get in the pool we get in the pool and notice something near the side poking us in the foot so we call them come to find out the piers for the pool were installed incorrectly so they send someone to fix that and to look at multiple scratches on my new pool and rippling in my wall they call back and advise since the pool is not perfect they are going to issue me a 300 dollar store credit due to my pool not being perfect (remember this is a 6000 dollar pool) at this time we are also battling with them to do the back fill that was on my contract for $300 dollars took 3 weeks to get that done after backfill is done we notice the water level keeps falling super low so I call them to send someone out to look and they find 4 dime sized holes in my pole and the liner needs to be replaced. I asked about my water bill that I had to pay to fill it previously no problem we got it. liner is replaced and the guy that replaced it advises the stainless still wall was put on inside out go figure. Needless to say I just got muy refund for my water bill in the mail today 08/15/2014 and they only covered half of it. I call the manager after a argument he tells me (by the way his name is shawn) to go f**k my self. End of story Im calling wells fargo who financed the pool and then contacting my lawyer. Stay away is all I have to say there are other companys that sell above ground pools Foxs, Pool and spa depot and many others contact them first this is not there first complaint they changed the company name from Watsons due to a bad name in the business. I have to admit the caption is correct. I am their worst customer. And have been so for many, many years, even prior to their changing their name to Family Leisure. I, like many people were concerned that Watsons had gone out of business and that all the merchandise I had paid big bucks for over the past 10 years would not be taken care of any longer. OH HOW WRONG I WAS!!! Over the past decade I have had what many people would consider minor issues, but I happen to be a self proclaimed worry wart, and I admittedly have bugged the hell out of the Service department, my salesMEN (Ive had lots) and Gloria, bless her heart, at the Chemical counter. I recently had to replace some patio furniture that I had purchased from a "box" store not even 2 years ago. I knew Watsons had furniture, but also knew it was, what I thought, "Over-Priced." After speaking with Will, he explained to me the real value of buying from Watsons. The quality far exceeds what is out there at "box stores." He took the time and explained the different fabrics, welds, and finishes. It was a bit overwhelming, but after realizing I wouldnt have to replace my furniture, I was very happy. Having been a customer of over 10 years, I have had my misgivings about customer service at times, but like I could say Ive always been happy at the Wal-Mart, but I still shop there when I have other options. Watsons have always treated me with respect and their effieciency is commendable. My family has been in Ashland City for 30 years, and we have always shopped at Watsons and will continue to do so. And may God bless those who have lost their homes during the recent flood here in TN.

We looked up a pool liner on their website to replace our old one. However when my wife went in to the store they were sold out and she was sold a more expensive one. She bought that one and scheduled to have someone come out and install it. The earliest they could have someone come install it on a weekend was a week and a half out on 6/4. On the date of the instillation the tech called and said due to rain he would have to reschedule till Monday which was fine since I would be at home that day. However by 11:00 am I have still not had the tech out. We call and find out that we are not only not on the scheduled for Monday they did not even know that our liner had not been installed. The next available date they can have someone come out is Wednesday 6/8. Well we need it done so we have them come out then and arrange for someone to be at the house. We finally get the liner installed but are told by the tech that he will have to have someone come out the next day to cut the jet holes after the liner has had time to settle. I am told that the tech said he would take care of having someone come out on Thursday 6/9. After receiving this information we decided to call their office to make sure because we have been misled once already. We are told there is no way they can be out tomorrow and the earliest they can be out is Friday 6/10. We try to call the tech who installed the liner but his phone is turned off and his voice mail is full. We call back and ask to speak to a manager who tells us the same thing. So we are left not being able to use our pool for another week due to their professionalism and lack of communication.
