This is the second time I have written this review....the first one mysteriously disappeared. I have no problem with the store personnel. It is the products they sell that are a problem. I purchased an EKorne Stressless Recliner less than five years ago, and the color is wearing off. Additionally, the inner pad is so compressed that there is no longer any lower back support. You would expect better from a piece of furniture that cost $2,300. I have other quality leather furniture made by Flexsteel that is 15 years old and the color is as good as the day it was purchased. When I contacted Furniture Resources, along with photos of the worn areas, I received the stock answer.....one year warranty on the leather. In hindsight, and considering the cost of the Stressless Recliner, I could have bought a brand new (lesser known brand) leather recliner each year for four years. Buyer beware.....Stressless furniture is grossly overpriced for the quality received. It feels great when you first sit in it.....but, it just wont hold up to everyday use.

My husband and I bought a couch table from here a few days ago. The item was marked down significantly to only $250 from over $1000 (supposedly). The lady who showed us the table said that the ONLY damage to it was a corner was scratched up. It wasnt until we got home that we saw that the drawers inside the table were completely broken (cracked wood panels) and the drawer hardware were broken and/or missing. I will not be purchasing any more furniture from this establishment due to the blatant dishonesty from this saleswoman.

Lots of custom furniture possibilities. Its really neat that you can order exactly what you want. The sales people are nice and work to resolve any issues no questions asked. Prepare to spend so time looking through everything.
