I have been to three furniture stores in the past few weeks looking for a rocker recliner that I liked. At the two I visited before badcock I did not find one I liked. In the first store it took me a while to find help to ask a question about their selection. In the second a salesperson followed me around and before I found one I even liked was asking me to open a store credit account to finance my purchase. She even tried to push me into buying an entire living room set even though I had no desire to do so. At badcock I had a much better experience than at either of those stores. Not only was their selection so much better and their prices better, but the salesman was awesome. He greeted me, asked what I was looking for, showed me where they were then left me be to look and be comfortable. He was also available easily to answer my questions. After ordering I was able to pick up my chair only a couple days later. They greeted me by name and loaded my car for me. A wonderful experience, Id highly recommend them in the future and only wish Id gone here first.

I have furnished 90% of my home from this Badcock store and it has been a pleasure every time. Ryan and Julia are the greatest and extremely customer service oriented. Service after the sale, sometimes years after, is not unusual for them. I have sent several of my friends and family here and plan to make all my future purchases here too. Highly recommend!

These people are absolutely amazing! Not only did they give me a great deal on my beautiful name brand furnishings but when I fell on hard times, instead of sending me to collections like most places, they worked out a deal and lowered payments for me. I will never shop anywhere else. Thank you all sooooo much.

We have purchased using credit twice before. Paid our balance before it was due the last time. Went in today to purchase a bedroom set and was told I could get "starter" credit of $300 with half down. What an insult. Ive purchased loyally and paid off. To be told I need a starter account is ridiculous.

I have furnished 95% of my house from Badcock over the years. All of the people who work there are very customer friendly. I very rarely cant find what Im looking for at Badcock. I bought a piece of furniture from another furniture store 1 time and it was a nightmare! Ill never stray again!!

I had a minor problem with my recliner and I reported it to Badcock since it is still under warranty. I was so amazed with the very fast reaction time of their personnel. They just made some tightening and it went well again. Thank you Badcock for a very nice customer service.
