Im somewhat surprised that other reviews of this store arent better. My husband and I bought a very nice new bar-height dining set here, as well as a lamp, and two used desks for our offices, when we moved to Bloomington. They have a lot of Ashley furniture, as well as other brands, and the prices seemed much more reasonable than other furnitures in town. They didnt have our dining set on the floor or in stock, only a regular height, and we wanted bar height, but you can look through catalogs and order whatever you like. Upstairs they have a lot of used furniture, which isnt fantastic, but perfect for college students, and like I said, we did find a great set of desks. The owners/employees have always been incredibly friendly and helpful to us. Itll be the first place Ill check out before buying any more furniture we may need in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with this Furniture Exchange, They had the perfect Entertainment Center and were so flexible with my budget! The piece I purchased is so nice and sturdy, it looks great against my wall color. I need just about everything you can think of for a house, since Im moving into and remodeling it, so I cant wait to go back and get more. I already have my eyes on my next purchase. The delivery drivers (Jeff and I didnt get the other young mans name) were more than excellent! Extremely friendly, sociable and in good moods, which is exactly what I look for as a customer. The entrance to my house is very small and they did a great job getting everything in and set up beautifully. Im %100 satisfied and highly recommend these guys.

I bought a sofa there and it wasnt long that the leather started peeling off of it. Its after the warranty of 1 year so I am out of luck. the brand is United Furniture Industries ( who partners with simmons) and this has been a common complaint with their sofas as the leather is actually painted on rather than stained on. The sofa was $400 instead of $800 elsewhere, but you get what you pay for. Furniture exchange couldnt do anything about it which is understandable, but never buy a united furniture industries sofa its a rip off unless you never intend to actually use it.

Doesnt matter how much you spend there its going to cost you money to have it delivered! Livingroom Center doesnt charge to deliver AND they will assemble it for you no questions asked. I didnt know that until after I bought my table. I am a college student that doesnt have a truck. No Refunds!!!!

I have a dining room table and a buffet table from furniture exchange and I love them both. They were very reasonably priced and their service was excellent.
