The store operator stated that the pistol I was looking to buy would not be back in stock for 3 or 4 months. Either he lied or just didnt know what he was talking about. Gun Genie has 34 in stock ready to ship. If I had ordered from Davidsons the total price would have been over $21 less. When a dealer has a less than friendly attitude, dont buy. My mistake for making a hasty decision to buy. These folks used to be friendly but that attitude is gone. Should have listened to that little voice in my head to not trust them. Never will again. The employee I dealt with was very friendly, but Antonio and the owner were surly and wouldnt look you in the eye when speaking. Now I know why. Do your homework before you purchase any weapon from VIP. I didnt and now am completely upset with myself for making a poor choice of dealer.

One word to describe my visit “Exceptional” … I trade firearms as hobby, I’d called to see if they would be interested in a fireman to buy or trade which they immediately said bring it to their store and they would look for me.Trish and Ruben were direct on price and accommodating as well as knowledgeable about different handguns. I highly recommend visiting this place for any outdoor resources before you travel to a retail store. Also they mention due to the fact that I travel domestically often, if I do buy something outside the state of Florida call them and they would have it brought into their location for me to pick-up. WOW”…Give them a try and see if they can help you!

Today was my first time visiting this store at first I was greeted. When I left I saw a friend walk in and I went back to the shop to say hi! The manager seemed to get bothered because we were speaking Spanish. He walked away from him and when my friend wanted to see some jewelry he made a remark saying now you want to speak to me? ( mind you this my friend buys and resale gold for a living which he would of spent a lot of money there) thanks for showing your true colors VIP pawn never will I ever go back there! Im in the same business and never have I treated a customer like that!

My experience with this company has been AMAZING! I took a family heirloom into him to be appraised he gave me a price, I told him I would return at a later date. I went back with said family heirloom and he kept questioning the price I originally told him he quoted it as, turns out I took him another item which happened to be double the original items price. He was extremely honest about the price difference and didnt try to get a fast one on me! Extremely recommend this company to anybody who values honesty and integrity!

I called around looking for a place to pawn or sell my gun and these guys were so nice and professional on the phone i chose their buisness immediately.it makes a huge difference when you treat people that are already having a bad day with kindness.when i came in i was helped quickly and treated with respect.i know the value of my item and i feel i was given a fair amount of money on it.i would recommend vip for loans and they also have some really nice stuff for sale.something for everyone lol.

This place is the best pawn shop, so people that say that the operator was lying he was not he just didnt know. I know this because the store operator is my dad! So if you dont think that you have been treated fairly my dad will do everything he can to make it right. It is a greats Store and is a small family business so yes it does have some issues sometimes but what business doesnt!!!!!! The staff have a wealth of information on guns sold in the store. Was in the area driving to a different pawn shop when i inadvertently passed VIP. Needed an extra tv for a guest bedroom and I lucked out. Trish and Ruben really hooked me up. extremely happy with the service and the price was more than fair. this will definitely be my first stop when hitting pawn shops.

Prices were Very High, some prices same as new, for used games. One guy, with the Camo hat, that helped me was nice but, he was the only one helping anyone. The other 2 employees (maybe/hopefully not) managers were just standing around trying to look busy. It was not a good pawn shop.
