My experience at this jewelry store is disappointing! First experience was last year when we went to purchase a ring to mark our 10th wedding anniversary. We told the gal we wanted to stay within within 4000-5000. That didnt happen, she went and had us approved for better than 10000. so she worked hard to sell us a ring that cost close to that amount. Anyway, we ordered the ring and i started going over the papers and the diamond quality. i advise everyone who is in the market to buy something with diamonds to learn about diamonds first. what she was selling us was not worth the price as for the quality of the diamonds. anyway, i cancelled our order and decided to go and find my own diamonds at a wholesale price and to try and get the setting i wanted. anyway, their sister store is kays jewelers. I went through them to create the ring which actually was made at this Jared jewelers. I had the ring made and was happy with what i had created and i did it for half of what they wanted to charge me! KAYS Jewelers a keeper!! My next experience was a watch that i wanted, i went in to see if they had it available at Jared, they did not have it at kays , its a watch made by movado. Anyway,Jared did not have the watch in stock but said they could get it but said it would take2-3 weeks. I called back at the designated time to check the status of the watch. The male person I spoke with told me it was not in yet. Two days later this person called my husband and told him the item had been discontinued and was no longer available. This was the same sales person who had tried to push other watches on us while we had been in the store that cost 5xs as much as the 800. watch that I wanted. Anyway, i thought that to be strange that it was discontinued and as a woman you know what you want. Anyway, I was appalled that we were flat out lied to! I went online searching and found it myself on the Movado website. i called the store back and asked to speak with the manager. she seemed little less enthused with helping but she said she would look into the matter and get back with me. I decided to go ahead and purchase elsewhere. After all they had had better than three weeks to get this watch and for whatever reason they decided to do what they did. After several hours the manager had someone else from the store call me and said she could get it if i wanted to go ahead and pay for it now. i enjoyed letting her know that I had purchased it elsewhere. I dont get this Jared place here in Estero Florida!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT SEEM TO MATTER TO THEM! which is fine, many other places to do business with. Tamara Nixon

Went into Jered last night. The Diamond in my wifes wedding ring came loose. The salesman John that we dealt with was great. The sales girl, with her fake ass lipstick, eyebrows, and attitude, was putting John down like he was a piece of crap that started working there yesterday. The tech wouldnt work on our ring because he didnt know what the KP marking was on the gold! Said they would call me before 1:00 today and never did. I would not recommend going here and I also recommend that John goes and gets a new job where he is respected as an employee. Wish I had my home town jeweler here. Real people without the $ high roller $ attitude like Jered.

I have had nothing but a great experience there! I bring my jewelry in every 6 months and they are great care of my jewelry. This young man who works there helped me find this gorgeous necklace for I wanted something I could wear as an everyday piece not something too fancy, I can be pretty picky with jewelry but he did it! They werent pushy like other stores I have been to. They made me feel welcomed and made sure to mention about great deals. I dont remember the young mans name, I think he is the youngest one working there maybe it was Robert but next time I need jewelry Im going to Jareds!

My boyfriend and I had been to many stores searching for the perfect engagement ring. Staff had been extremely rude and pushy with us, and we were disrespected in several store including other Jared stores. From the moment we walked into this Jared store (Estero), we were treat extremely nice by all of the staff. Staff here are very professional, and were accommodating to our needs on two different occasions. They truly went above and beyond, and made us feel like valued customers. We would highly recommend this Jared to anyone searching for a more personal jewelry buying experience!
