I was searching for a customized engagement ring for my (now) fiancé this past Spring. For nearly two months, Andrew Eilberg at Marlen Jewelers worked with me tirelessly to find the ideal gem, cut, and ring design for my proposal. He patiently answered all my questions every step of the way and only offered personal recommendations when asked. Andrew wanted to make sure I found the perfect diamond for my fiancé and I, not what was the most popular, novel, or even cost effective. His priority was to make us happy and boy did he ever achieve it! This gentleman is a professional who puts the customers interest first and will ensure ultimate satisfaction with the final purchase, no matter how long it takes. I fully recommend Marlen Jewelers and Mr. Eilberg for any jewelry purchases.

My spouse and I were very disappointed with the lack of customer service we received this past Saturday. We stopped in to purchase an upgraded wedding band for him. We had custom work done at Marlins many years ago and even purchased his initial wedding band from them 30 years ago. Even though there were several employees in the store and one had to buzz us in to access the store, we were not greeted by anyone for over five minutes. There was only one other customer present. No one bothered to query why we exited the store either. This is upsetting because we specifically directed our eldest daughter (one of three) to go to Marlens for her bridal needs based on our great past service.

A Private User

Fairly new resident to the area, broke my nice (to me) watchs band. Stopped by Marlen as theyre a dealer in the brand, and explained how the band has been going on me frequently because the replacement pins bend out much easier than the original factory parts. Marlen not only repaired it, but was able to seek out some heavy-duty pins in the hopes that the issue can be resolved once and for all. The staff was very nice and indicated no interest in selling me anything else, making for a pleasant environment. I hope to go to Marlen for watches and jewelry in the future - theyre a group of people Id be happy to give business.

I went to Marlen to purchase my fiances engagement ring. I sent my girlfriend and her friend there to shop around and then I went in a week later. I was looking for a yellow diamond and they brought me back five stones from a jewelry convention to choose from. Mary was very helpful and patient throughout the experience since she probably saw me about 15 times over the course of a month and a half. The end result was a beautiful custom engagement ring with a natural yellow diamond that I got to hand pick. Very pleased with the service and end result. Thanks Mary!!!

The clerks were all very accommodating and helpful. I had a very small job of replacing a jump loop on a religious medal. They replaced it but it turned out to be a little too small. I returned it and the clerk said shed send it back up to the jeweler and not only did he fix it but he fixed the other medals on my chain too and soldered the the jump loops for the price of the one I brought back! Everyone was very gracious and kind to me. The also have very beautiful jewelry. For a small job for under $25. they treated me very graciously.
