Got my fiancées ring resized and got it back with a stone missing. Manager proceeded to tell me how good he is at customer service, shortly after he said he was doing something for me so I didnt complain. No class, no employee communication, no customer service.

I dropped off my ring for resizing on 9/20/16. I received it back on October 3 with two stones missing!!! Now I have to send it in again for a few more days!!! The staff were unprofessional and nonchalant. I will never shop here again!!!!!!!!!

Went in to get my ring resized i knew it would be a special order they gave me attitude about not having warranty papers on hand and just very unprofessional all the way around after i pick up my ring i will never shop there again
