As always I found what I was looking for, and Sam and his staff made it a pleasurable shopping experience. If your looking to sell gold OR jewelery repaired, or maybe pick up something special for your 25th wedding anniversary. Recently purchased a 2.5 karat diamond anniversary ring and my wife she just loved it, and all her friends are envious. And Im in "ROCKSTAR" status... I priced some diamond engagement rings elsewhere, took the prices to Ed and gave him my budget, and he said, "hmm, wait a minute" and went in the back and came out with this roll of cloth and opened it up and it was covered with loose diamonds. He picked one out and said, "I think this one will do you," and it did. I later had it appraised and it was a way better deal than any of these big fancy places in the mall.

Worst service ever received! The man sitting at the door was nice but the lil boy in the back that looks like a character off Charlie and the Chocolate factory was just too rude, he was not interested in my service. Thats fine though glad to know hr wasnt sugar coating it that way my money is used where its wanted!
