This location does not even get ONE star from me. Its a long story, but the manager on dusty yesterday at around 3:00pm was horribly rude, sarcastic and completly ignorant to what she was doing or trying to do. The sales associate Trina was AMAZING and was apologizing for her managers behavior. This manager was talking loudly about the "mistake" that her sales associate made infront of other customers this associate was helping, interuppted the associate while she was talking to customers to ask her why she did this and that. She falseified a date of purchase on my account, used "scare tatics" and was very very rude. I returned a ring that was purchased for me, becasue when I called to see if they could send it away to be fixed(as the prongs stuck out and was very sharp) they said no and if I wasnt happy wiht it bring it back. I brought it back, fully intending to purchase another ring another time with my husband present. They returned it and then called me back into the store after I was half way to my car because there was a boo boo. Thge manager stated I was way out of my 60 days (infact corporate was able to verify I purchased the ring on Dec 3RD, not the 11/25/16 date they were telling me) So I was well withing my 60 days to return. But regardless corporate also said I have longer than that per Zales policy and that the store can say 60 but that is not the case. Either way, they created a case number for said store and coorporate is highly highly angry with this location. I will NEVER go back there.. EVER

I was treated with the upmost interest when my fiance and I were purchasing my expensive engagement ring. However! each time that the ring has had to be returned to the store for stones falling out; which has now been three times in just one year the staff are less and less friendly. The ring is gone for 4 to 6 weeks each time. It feels as if the ring is in for repair more than on my finger. The staff are rude to my face and over the phone. I have had bad customer service from Kathy and Emily! Im not happy at all. The ring is a big disappointment and so is Zales!!!

Ive spent too much money in this store to be standing here for over ten minutes to be completely ignored. Never greeted, never told well be with you shortly. No customer service whats so ever. Never will I spend another dime here. If zero stars were available thats what it get because thats what is deserved.

Usually a good place except I bought my wife a very expensive ring for Christmas, and they sent a letter to my house about the purchase and totally ruined the surprise. To me that is just money thrown down the drain. All I got was an apology and them telling me I should have known. Unacceptable.

Called ahead of time for a ring to be put to the side and I was assured that it would be.. Came in to the store and no one knew where the ring was, apparently they didnt put it aside. Irresponsible jewelry store. I dont reccomend it at all.

I had an great experience, the manager was a delite. I used RetailMeNot to get an extra $500 off my ring it was amazing, what a deal . The customer service was awesome! I love my pear shape Neal Lane diamond ring

Just like the other reviews say...extremely rude and condescending employees. If you can, take your business elsewhere. Really glad that we went somewhere else!
