Horrible Horrible customer service. We will never order from Edible Arrangements again because of this location. SHARI BERRIES ALWAYS! Husband ordered 24 chocolate covered strawberries and balloons on Saturday. May 7th for delivery on Saturday, May 7th by 5PM. No strawberries so I called at 10AM and said their driver stole the truck and went south. That the strawberries could be delivered today or pick them up. We chose to pick up and Chelsea said to pick them up after 3PM then husband gets a call from them asking for credit card number for a refund because they cant make any more arrangements today. I called and asked why did Chelsea say to pick them up after 3. The manager who says she is a manager that wont give her name says Brittany should have never took the order yesterday so I said well its Mothers Day and you should be able to fulfill this order from yesterday. She said I dont care thats its Mothers Day. I said did you just say that she "yep". I said, what is your name and she hung up on me.. I called back and asked for owners name. It amazes me that no one in this store knows who they work for. I go to the store to give them my credit card for a $123 refund. Chelsea at the front desk eating chocolate covered strawberries in font of customers. She said how can I help you. I told her who I was and wanted to give her my credit card for a refund and she laughed. I said. oh its funny isnt it? Bottom line horrible customer experience and will never be ordering from Edible Arrangements again... I left a message for John Holmes owner in New Smyrna and I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow morning.

My farther ordered the special for Mothers Day , the order was delivered at almost 6pm and the fruit was mostly melted and rotten. He told the delivery man that the order was incomplete to which the man replied he would check on it. After no call was received my father called the store. the man who answered the phone was so rude to my father (we could hear him yelling through the phone) the guy used an obvious fake name (refused to give a last name) and refused to even put a manager on the phone and told my father not to order from us than any more. This was at the location off International Speedway BLVD in Daytona Beach FL. So sickened that after my father tried to make a special Mothers Day for our mom someone could treat him so disrespectfully when all he wanted was the order completed for her. We are telling all of our friends to never order from here again. As many of them have apparently had similar experiences from this location it seems most of them arent going to miss it.

10/14/16 My Mothers 87 the birthday! Her 2 grandsons ordered a fruit basket, delivered about 5:30 that night. Opened it next day for breakfast. Melons so under ripe hard to cut, strawberries mushy, chocolate strawberries white tops, so they were hard not ripe, pineapple not ripe, grapes mushy. Couldnt eat anything. I packed it up & took it back 9am. My son also paid $15 extra for a stuffed bear which was not delivered. Barbara was understanding, but, couldnt help. She would call manager. After 3 phone calls to her, with various excuses why she had not spoke to manager John, I called corporate. They took my information & was told manager had 48 hours to call me or my son. So Monday I called corporate. They said they would turn it over to Quality department. On Thursday someone called my son & said he refunded all but $15 for some unknown reason.This cost my son $139!!! HORRIBLE FRUIT & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an order on a Friday for delivery on Sunday for mothers day. I called Sunday to verify and was told the delivery should be made soon. My mother contacted me Monday and never received it. I called 6 times on Monday and kept going to a voicemail, I finally got someone on the phone and she told me my arrangement was just being made and would be delivered. I paid extra to have it delivered on mothers day so I just canceled my order. Never again. If they were too bus, I should have been told when I called Sunday instead of having my mom wait for it.

My review is not much better. I also placed an order Saturday for Saturday delivery. After learning from my mother on Sunday that her arrangement had not arrived, I called Daytona store. I was told the truck was stolen Sat during deliveries and would I like a refund. I said no, I would like the order delivered. The girl on the other end said it would be delivered later today and hung up. I am still waiting for the delivery and it is 7:38pm Sunday.

Terrible !!! First time ordering from them . Valentines Day ! Thought Id do something different and special for my Wife . What a way to ruin the day !! Its very Sad that for the price they cant meet their end of the deal !! Trust me dont ever order from the Daytona Store !! Its Pitiful !! As a matter of fact they only got a star because its the only way you can place a review. Never again !!

DO NOT ORDER FROM INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS. The delivery was scheduled for Monday, Feb 13, 2017. On the 14th, I called and ask where it was. Because a manager was not on duty (per Karena-worker) they couldnt do anything with the order (they forget) and will have the manager call me back by Feb 15, 2017--meanwhile not delivering by pre-paid order.

STORE IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND IM LOVING THE STAFF THERE NOW ... MADE ME AN ARRANGEMENT THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING .. WELL DEFINATLEY ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY SINCE THERES NEW STAFFING
