Cindys Flower Shop is a life saver. I looked into purchasing flowers at Belkys Florist down the street and everything seemed great after submitting the order online, until I received an e-mail (at 11:00 am the day of the service) stating that they would no longer be delivering the flowers and the card would not be charged. I called only to discover the reason was "she didnt show up" and it left me to find flowers to be delivered the day of the service that started in a few short hours.... Needless to say, I was lucky to find the website for Cindys Flower Shop. The person on the other end of the line was nice enough to fill the order and go above and beyond to make sure they got there in time. I very much appreciated their kindness and willingness to help at the last minute. They were great to work with and I would suggest them to anyone.

Called this morning to order flowers for my daughters 21st birthday today while she is at Winthrop. Greeting on the phone seemed tentative and exasperated, at 8:20am (Clue 1). When I asked if they could deliver flowers today, the staff said "they would have to go check" and put me on hold(Clue 2). She came back on the phone and said "Yes we can." But, by that time, Id had enough hold time to question if I should call a different florist. Flowers are expensive enough and the occasion is special enough that I would like to feel confident that the florist I call is EAGER to help me, HAPPY to fulfill requests, and I need to feel CONFIDENT the job will get done. Sorry Cindys. Missed the mark this morning. Called another florist.

Horrible customer service. The lady, Michelle, was very rude. The arrangement I wanted, they did not have the flowers for so they were going to have to do all kinds of substitutions. She wanted me to pay upfront even WITH the substitutions. What if I didnt like the arrangement with half the original flowers not the same? She said they would be like the other but she cant control the weather in other countries where the flowers come from. Really? I thought for sure you could. I will NEVER buy form there and I will tell anyone thinking about it not too. Rude and condescending and wants upfront payment for not even the same arrangement. So much for being able to use small, local business.

Ordered from shops website. No e-mail address available for shop. Service was NOT "friendly and prompt." Florist will NOT leave flowers on front porch of house unless directly specified to do so, although website mentions nothing about this. Shop employees could not answer questions about re-delivery or a refund. Spoke with shop owner, who was VERY rude, had extremely poor customer service skills, was very defensive, belittling and insulting both the buyer and the recipient of flowers, as well as the Teleflora network (which was not how flowers were ordered, but she assumed it was). Lack of an e-mail address makes it difficult to address concerns at customers convenience.

I recently ordered flowers for quick delivery (forgot my anniversary) and was referred to Cindys. Not knowing or being able to see arrangements they made a recommendation, - I went with it, they delivered it to my Fiance at Rock Hill Surgery Center in short order - and it was an incredible arrangement. She brought it home and I was Blown Away by the quality and price point. I would go with Cindys every time. People normally take time to write bad reviews, while most do not take the time to give credit when credit is do. I felt to take the time because I was treated so well and want to pass this on..

I was thrilled to get a call from my little girl tonight saying she received the plant and balloons (for her 24th birthday) I ordered from Cindys today. The florist was nice enough to send me a couple of pictures of the plants so I could choose which one to send. I wasnt sure what to send as my daughter has graduated from school and has her own place now. Flowers would have been the usual choice, but because of the florists recommendation, my daughter now has a plant she can enjoy for a long time. Huge kudos to the customers service at Cindys Flower Shop!

My husband spent his entire lunch break ordering flowers for me as a surprise. When I did not receive the flowers he called to see why and what was going on. He was told a representative would contact him back shortly however, he never received a call. The next day a carrier called MY cell number to ask if I was at work and that he had a flower delivery for me. That completely spoiled the surprise my husband TRIED to do. Worst experience ever.

I have been using cindys flowers for a few years now, from the time my fiance started going to Winthrop to now which is a couple of years after she has graduated. Cindys Flowers has always been perfect. Orders are always correct, and prices are very reasonable. Most of the time I order flowers to be picked up myself, but I have also placed orders for delivery and we have always been very pleased. I would never go anywhere else!

Beautiful job on funeral flowers!!! We requested colorful varieties--lilies, gerbera daisies, delphinium, bells of Ireland--with an emphasis on oranges and yellows for my moms funeral. The casket spray, a large arrangement on a wire stand, and the tall vase with sunflowers, curly willow and daisies were all simply gorgeous! It made her final tribute memorable and fitting--thank you, Cindys Flower Shop!

Cindy was incredibly helpful assisting with flowers for my girlfriend who lives an hour away from me.
