If I could give negative stars I would. Most terrible experience in customer service I have ever had. Called to complain about the picture from what I ordered being completely different from what arrived and was screamed at and cursed at by the man on the phone. They even had the nerve to go to my mothers house and take the flowers back stating that I was "abusive" because I said the flowers look like someone ripped them out of their garden and threw them in a bowl. For the record, I never raised my voice or used any profanity during the duration of the call and I called the number on google for Oviedo Florist and the Oviedo Florist van is who showed up at my mothers home. Absolutely disappointed in the entire experience and have no clue how customers can be treated so terribly and the business remain open. Our family has done business with this company from 1965-2017 but no more. Regarding the rebuttal from the owner: Character assassination will not work...when reading your reviews of similar customers you can see a trend. For the record "the designer" never spoke a word as the rude man that answered would not let anyone get a word in. When they showed up to the recipients home they demanded the flowers and never once offered to help or fix. I would recommend anyone in the future that complains with this company disclose and record the conversation...

The worst experience I have ever had!!!!! I have been going to Oviedo Florist for the past 4 years for my daughters dances.The girls have always been so helpful and polite. I went today with my daughter to get flowers for her prom (which is usually fun to do) and brought part of her dress because wasnt sure what color to go with. There was no customers in the store at all during the time we were there .I simply asked for help and advice on colors and was told "is your dance do what you want" I was beside myself and asked for the owner and she was the owner. WOW!!! thats all I can say. Then I was trying to just finish up my order and she continued being rude even to my daughter and said "I dont want your business, leave I am going to call the police" really the police because I need help with a color selection and maybe a little customer service. I just left. I went a few doors doors down to another florist who was so helpful and polite. I would NEVER recommend this place. As for the owner maybe you were having a bad day but you surely lost my business and I will share my experience with my friends.

Very Very Very disappointed with Marlene at Oviedo Florist. I had met with her a month ago to inquire on prices for my wedding, including bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets boutonnieres and corsages, as well as renting vases with flowers for my center pieces. I discussed with her in detail what I was looking for, a simple one flower bouquet for my bridesmaids and a small bouquet for myself, as I had expressed how heavy they were as a bridesmaid myself. I did not want a full bouquet for my bridesmaids and Marlene continued to add flowers to my simple bouquets to turn into something I didnt want. After almost a $1000 for all my flowers and rentals, I decided to just order a few things from them, and do the rest myself. But she REFUSED to provide me with some of the flowers. As a paying customer, how could anyone refuse to provide flowers for someones wedding? I will NEVER EVER will use them!!! ***Please future brides be aware, go elsewhere to find your flowers!!****

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I am so disgusted by the owners behavior! From the moment I said "Hello?", he was so abrupt and rude. I asked him how he was doing and he kept rudely yelling, "How may I help you?". After asking again how he was doing, he literally just said, "Have a good day maam" and hung up on me!!! I called again, wanting to speak to a manager and to my shock, he answered, "I am the manager!". WOW. I am in utter shock. I am all about supporting small businesses, but will absolutely take my business somewhere else when you have no regard for your customer. Most people order flowers for a special occasions - well, this guy is going to ruin any cheerful, or happy spirit. He probably forgets hes a florist and not a one in a million kind of specialty store.

What a wonderful experience I had with Oviedo Florist. I called them a few days before Thanksgiving on my way home from work hoping to purchase an arrangement. The owner answered saying they were closed but to come in anyway. They had a beautiful arrangement available that was perfect for my dining room table. I also purchased two beautiful reindeer (already assembled – Bonus!) that were on display but offered for sale. The owner was so nice and so helpful. As I was leaving, he ran out of the shop to give me a complimentary bag of chocolates. What a lovely gesture. Now that’s awesome customer service!

What Pure Joy and a "refreshment" to find such a wonderful and helpful vendor for my daughters wedding as this! The moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed! "Ford" was truly intent on giving me amazingly creative and budget conscious ideas that would meet the floral needs I conveyed. I did not realize until an hour AFTER closing that the shops hours for the day had ended. Ford was sooooo kind he never let on and just kept taking me all over the shop showing me examples, case displays, pictures in books, etc. He went "above and beyond" his duty and went that "extra mile" for me!

Stayed open late for me to come in and place a rush order. Helped me with every decision and gave very helpful opinions. Encouraged me to think about not just how something looked, but the wonderful smells of different flowers. Showed me how a corsage would look (and smell!) - even went in the back of the store and came out with a special flower Id never even heard of that was perfect for what I wanted. Very friendly, patient, and helpful. I dont think Ill ever shop on-line again because I love their personal service!

I received a plant with flowers in a basket. The flowers were stuck under the basket handle. The handle was in the middle of the flower bending it. The sender asked me to send a picture of the plant they sent. I had to rearrange the flowers myself so the plant did not look as bad. I did not want the sender to know how it really looked. I tried calling to let the florist know but of course both phone numbers listed the voice mail were full, not to surprising.

Marlene did all of my flowers for my wedding. I dont know flowers and I cant pick out flowers well. I worked with Marlene to pick out the types of flowers I wanted, the ones I hated, and the colors. She then worked with my wedding planner and figured out all the rest. I couldnt have been happier. Im just in shock at how freakin amazing it all was.

Great florist. In store service is not always fast, but the quality and variety of flowers is amazing and the prices are fair. We have bought gifts here for friends, family, my daughters corsage for a Daddy Daughter Dance. They are great for last minute gifts even on holidays and will customize stuff for you despite being busy.
