I had a very terrible experience with this florist and strongly encourage you to NOT use them! For Valentines Day, my husband ordered flowers from them. They not only did not get delivered until 6:40PM - after he had to call them to ask where they were - but they screwed up the order. He specifically told them NO ROSES as I am allergic to them. Well, the order showed up with SIX ROSES in it!!! And they were somewhat wilted to boot. I called the next day to ask for a refund as we were very unhappy with the order and the delivery. They said a "Coordinator" would call me back. She never did. I called the next day and they would NOT give me a refund of any kind! Said I could have a store credit but that was all. I will never use this shop again.

I received a delivery of flowers yesterday. The delivery driver rang my doorbell and was already walking away before I got to the door. I called out to him to wait a moment. I never heard of the person to whom they were supposed to be delivering the flowers. I told him to check the house a couple of doors away because the last name was similar. I assumed that was that, however I went out the front door several hours later and there was the flowers. The driver never rang my doorbell again and left the flowers even when he knew I was not the intended recipient. Sorry Danny your flowers were never delivered to Tara Ann

I LOVE these flowers! They are by far the best Bouquet arrangement i have ever received! My Fiancee got me these flowers 3 day ago while at his Army annual training and it was a pleasant surprise! I loved them and i loved them even more when he told me he got them 30 % off at 1800flowers using his Veterans Advantage Card! This picture is 3 days after I received them and they are still just as beautiful :)

I was in search for wilting/dying flowers to be used as a prop for a project I was working on. I called the store and asked if they had some flowers that were going to be discarded. They did and were happy to help me out and were very friendly. The flowers were arranged beautifully. Really appreciated the help. The next time Im in need of fresh flowers Ill definitely come back.

UPDATED Isabel and her staff are amazing. They have done a few arrangements for some of my special occasions. i had an amazing experience with them and i was in love with the flowers she did for my wedding Isabel and her staff went above and beyond with trying to put my vision together and guiding me on the flower choices Thank you once again
