My experience with AutoHaus from beginning to end was superb. Paul was outstanding. He wasnt pushy and he gave us time to decide without hovering over us. Ive never had an experience during the purchase of a car as I did with AutoHaus. In total it took about 2 1/2 hours to test drive, get financed, and drive off. Even the financing process was easy. I was approved for an auto loan prior to getting to AutoHaus and Mrs. Lucille allowed me to decide whether or not I wanted to go with an outside source for financing or use the companies they work with. In conclusion Mrs. Lucille was able to get me a very low interest rate, and an additional warranty. There was a slight bump in the road however Miss Lucille took care of the issue prior to calling and worrying me. When she submitted my loan documents to their loan company I was denied because I did not purchase a large enough warranty. To combat the issue David and Lucille made the decision to assist me in getting what I needed so I could be approved. My experience with the dynamic team at AutoHaus Westchester was excellent and I would tell anybody I know to purchase their cars from there. Their cars have great mileage, excellent prices and they are in wonderful shape. Im planning my next purchase which will be a BMW X5 and Paul offered to shop for whatever I needed even if they did not have it on the lot. The team at AutoHaus of West Chester is world class. Their code of ethics and business practices isnt typically seen in auto sales. I really have never experienced anything like them. I will definitely be doing business with them again! They treated me like family and to me family they have become. Thank you guys!

I dealt with the their salesman Alex, who is very nice, no pressure at all to sale. I took the car for a test ride and he did not even come along, I went out on my own. I decided to go ahead and buy my car. I did have a slight issue with the fuel gauge which is a well known issue with the make and model car that I bought (G35). Everyone there, David, Alex, Lucile, and Ryan all felt terrible, and were genuinely concerned. David the owner has a heart of gold, he really made me feel like I was one of his sons as did Lucile his wife. They offered to buy the car back from me, but I just had such a good feeling from these people I let them do what they needed to, to get the repair done. I live over an hour away from the dealer and they gave me a very nice BMW as a loner car. This is a family run business that really make you feel as though you are part of the family. I have never got such good treatment from any dealer anywhere, it is hard to believe such good people even exist these days, If I did not live so far away, in New Jersey, up by NY state, I could see a friendship with everyone there, one night we were even going to take Alex to the local Casino( I think it was called Park or Parx), but he had to come in early the next day or we probably would have. Ryan, was really nice to. Again an awesome family business run by a truly great Family. Helps restore my faith in humanity that good people still exist. Thank you Alex, David, Lucile and Ryan. Being in the market for a used car can be an absolute nightmare! I must say, this was not the case for me this time around. The first vehicle I purchased from the Autohaus was a beautiful 2004 Land Rover Discovery Series II. I had been searching for this car for quite some time, but kept running into issues with obtaining vehicle history, warranty, and a detailed description. I had spotted the Land Rover driving by the Autohaus and decided to make a pit stop to check it out. I was immediatley welcomed by the owner, Ryan, who introduced me to his sales staff, but kept in touch with me throughout my time there. Staff is very knowleagable on their inventory at both the West Chester and Philadelphia locations. Before I had signed the papers, the car was presented to me freshly detailed for a final walk around which I found very respectful. I am pleased to say I signed those papers. Prior to my "pit stop" I had always contemplated purchased a vehicle through a private seller, but have now entirely changed my view on this completely! Ryan ensured me that if I have any questions or concerns to feel free to contact him or his staff, which was very reassuring. I have since had several questions all of which were pleasantly answered. The autohaus has earned my stamp of approval and I recommend either Philadelphia or West Chester location for anyone who is in the market for a used car. It hoenstly was an experience that will remain with me for a lifetime!

Everyone was really nice when I purchased the car. Customer service was awesome. I purchased a 08 Infiniti in January and Ive had nothings but problems since. My car broke down several times (twice on the highway) to the point where the car was not driveable and had to be towed...the last time the car broke down (2 weeks ago today) I decided to have to car towed to another mechanic. The mechanics words from the text verbatim "Sooooo I dont know how youve been driving in this condition, pretty shocking honestly lol smh. This is your uv joint, its missing all its bolts, therefore it isnt connected to the axle to rotate the rear tires" Another text stated verbatim "There are 4 bolts, 3 bolts are missing, and 1 was broken in the socket, therefore cant get a replacement in there" When Ive taken the car to them several times to have it looked at they told me the car needed brakes and rotors. When I confronted the owner last week he told me that the other mechanic was probably over exaggerating and that I should have the car towed to back to his shop so that he can take care of the problem....how am I supposed to trust that at this point? Theyve done nothing but blow me off. Tell me that theyll call back and never do...I emailed the owners wife with my concerns and got no response. Its sad because I really thought they were a fine establishment...

Quick story open shut they dont understand complicated financing or that everyone doesnt get paid weekly or bi weekly basically wanted a cavity search and wasted a lot of my day. Instead i walk in a credit union sat with the loan officer who 100% understood walked out with a certified for about 20k more then i needed or wanted. This place sells high mileage older cars i needed a impression car for what i do that i didnt care how many miles i put on it i already have 4 cars from sports to 2014 Navigator all paid for except 1 that i bought for my son. They come back with 6 g down on a 12g 8 year old car. I would have just bought it and paid the difference but the people in finance there need to get up to year 2016 some companies pay different then others and i had all the proof needed but they dont understand it go to your bank or a credit union. Not mad just giving my suggestions to them like i said nice people but get up to date 120k worth of cars bought and paid for in last 3 years
