Steve Seiler from this dealership was wonderful to work with. Was looking for a 2006 Ford focus. Normally, when I know exactly what Im looking for, I try to negotiate price over the phone before I come into the dealership because often times I will travel to find the exact vehicle I am looking for. Needless to say, I hate wating time:) Normally, I use Kelly blue book as a guide for pricing. I was pleasantly surprised that there was not much negotiating needed as the price they were asking was very fair. Additionally, Steve was able to guarantee me a minimum trade-in on my car, that was much more than I had expected. Before I came into the dealership, he gave me a rough idea of how much it would be "out the door" (give or take few dollars for tags, registration, ect) so there were no surprises. In the past, when negotiating over the phone, other dealerships sometimes would have "surprise" fees like dealer prep and all kinds of other nonsense. So, needless to say, before going into the dealership, I was a bit skeptical. Well, I was delighted to find that the dealership was very clean and every car on the lot looked immaculate, including the Ford focus that I was looking to purchase. They treated me and my family like royalty. The surroundings are very comfortable. They offered me ice cream, many different blends of coffee and teas. I gladly accepted. Also, Steve was a complete gentleman. He was a very good communicator and very courteous, caring and understanding of my situation. I end up buying the vehicle for exactly the price that we discussed over the phone including my trade-in. I couldnt have been happier. You can tell this dealership not only takes pride in making certain they hire the best of sales consultants, but also they take great pride in the vehicles that they offer. Would definitely go back to this dealership again! Well worth the 1 hour drive! -Greg

Dear Manager, Recently I purchased a 2002 Honda CRV for my daughter. Our experience was totally a very pleasant and satisfactory one, thanks entirely to our salesman, Steve Seiler. From the moment Steve walked up to introduce himself and offer us assistance, he has always been the perfect professional and gentleman. He was friendly but not gushing. Steve understood our budget, and our needs. He was patient with an elderly lady (me) and my daughter who has never bought her own car before. This certainly would have been daunting for many young men. I had visited numerous other dealers, when they noticed and older white haired lady, and I told them what I wanted and the price point of our budget, the answer was always, " Ill get back to you". Of course you know that I never heard from any of them. Our experience with your dealership was entirely different and regardless of our budget, we were treated as if we were the most valued customers you had. Being fairly new on the job, Steve did not always have answers to our questions. Rather than try to bluff us, or minimize our concerns, which would have been a complete turnoff, he always admitted he did not know and then would consult a manager, or service manager or other support staff. We greatly appreciated this as no one would buy a used car from someone whose honesty they did not trust. Yes, my daughter and I did feel totally uninformed and vulnerable, but Steve did everything anyone possibly could to give us confidence in our purchase. He even came in on his day off, because it was the only day that fit in our schedule. I would highly recommend Steve Seiler for a position in any business that requires energy, honesty and excellent "people skills".

My experience at Scott Select was top notch. I like to do a lot of research before I buy anything, so I appreciated the great photos which clearly showed many aspects of the cars I looked at. Each car had information pertinent to the make and model of the car, which helped me make my decision easier. Pat the sales rep. was courteous and answered all my questions and was honest when he could not, which was refreshing. A friend and I came in late Sat. afternoon to look and both of us ended up buying cars. Their doors close at 5:00, but I didnt leave until about 8:00 to close out the deal, with Tom the finance guy. This may not be a big thing, but Pat was finished at 5:00 and going on vacation the following week, yet he stayed until I finished all my paperwork to congratulate me. This may be protocol for Scott Select, but for me it made a difference. Pat, I hope you are enjoying your vacation. You are great at what you do. I didnt feel pressured to buy, but rather able to make an educated decision on a big purchase. Thanks for your help. I love my new (used) car!

Im going to keep this short, since I put a lengthy review on the dealer ratings site. This place is dishonest about financing an older vehicle and the person who did our loan papers for the 2005 honda odyssey we bought and financed actually told me I could refinance the vehicle...I later found out that was not true. After buying the vehicle, there were tons of hard credit inquiries on my credit, I wish I would have been made aware that no finance company wants to finance a older vehicle. The vehicle also was poorly cleaned/detailed, which was hard to tell since I was only able to car shop when it was dark out. When I emailed them about them lying about refinancing the van no one responded until I sent as second email. I then recieved a phone call saying they would be happy to trade in the van at the current worth of it...meaning I would get back less than I owed on it and that I could then pick out something newer and roll the left over loan amount into the new loan. Yeah, thats not really helping me, thats just ripping me off more money. Dont go here.

My experience with Scott Select has been frustrating. I bought a 2008 Nissan Sentra almost 2 weeks ago. The first night it started making noises so I took it into service the next day and they said it was a loose shield guard and they tightened it. I left and it was making another noise so I took it back to service and after telling me that high mileage cars always make some noise they said they fixed a part on the sway bar underneath the car. I left there again and the car is still making some noise. I feel like I have not gotten good customer service and they just want to make excuses for the noise and brush it off like it is no big deal. They should be making sure cars are 100% ready to be sold and if a problem does come up make sure they fix it 100%. I am spending money on a down payment and to finance a car from them and now I need to spend more money going elsewhere to make sure my car is safe to drive. With the bad customer service I have experienced, I will never get another car or recommend anyone to buy a car.

I bought a used Jeep Cherokee from Scott Select just over one year ago. I thought I wrote this review but I hadnt so here it goes. This was outright the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle new or used. Paul was my sales person and was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the dealership it was low pressure and I felt like Paul was on my side. He wanted me to find the right vehicle for a good price. He even let me drive the jeep right off the grassy hill it was parked on, which is great considering it is an off road vehicle. When it came to the purchase negotiations Paul had a great approach. Rather than negotiate with him or with a sales manager I told him what I wanted for the vehicle price and my trade and he did the negotiations for me. It wasnt just Paul who was great, the entire staff that day and the service department since was wonderful. Cannot recommend this place enough.
