So, they gave me a gas card for a positive review... Here is the true story... arrived at 6pm to test drive the car from fort myers. Noticed the car was "washed" (actually hosed down to conceal an oil leak) I purchased the car thinking they had washed it down and they had not mentioned anything about the leak. I took pictures and videos when I arrived home of the leak and called them immediately next day. Drove back (2hours) the next day. They told me the oil filter was loose and that it was fixed. (it was not) After 5-6 trips back for them to fix the issue, it was still unresolved. They knew i would be worn out driving back and forth and took advantage of that. After that I took it to Toyota and they notified me it was a valve gasket leak. (something autodealer solutions said they repaired) Take from this what you will, but know, this was the OWNERs sons car. They had to know about the leak. (there was heavier oil in motor to try to conceal leak) Oh yeah, and the owners son is now the head of the shop on site. When I was there for one of my return trips, someone had broken in and driven a motorcycle through the window, probably another pissed off customer. The owner will preach "man of the community" but its all BS. JUST BEWARE! Here is the comical poo i spewed in my first review.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTO DEALER SOLUTIONS. Here is my story. I live in Fort Myers and could not get off work until 5. I arrived at the dealership ten minutes before they closed. I never felt rushed by Terry (who is an honest, awesome salesman). He sold me the car that night, filled up the gas tank and even bought me a soda for the ride home. When I took the car home I noticed the brake light on. Gave them a call the next morning. I brought it back the next day. They fixed the issue no questions asked. Machined the brakes and balanced the tires free of charge while I relaxed in the waiting room. Every interaction I had with the staff was a positive one. The owner even came to me and was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience. I cannot express enough how the friendliness and competence of the staff completely made me feel at ease when making this purchase. (oh, and the 90 day warranty) They absolutely won me over as a customer. It was a refreshing experience. If you are in the market for a used car I would definitely give them a call.

Where do I even start with this review? Perhaps with Terry. This guy Terry is a straight shooter, he didnt give me any fluff like I would have received with a typical "box dealership." I told him what I was searching for, I told him what I knew my credit score to be and the price range I had to be in. And based upon these criterias Terry effectively, competently and enthusiastically got to work! The entire process was expeditious and I found myself driving off the lot with a beautiful and immaculate vehicle in no time flat, it was a seamless transaction. By the way, ALL of their vehicles are beautiful! There is an endless smorgasbord, something for everyone, I have driven by this family owned dealership many, many times throughout the years and subtly glanced at the vehicles from afar, but you do not get a full appreciation for them UNTIL you are on the lot to see them up close and personal! My purchase was a Chevrolet Uplander LT, and with no shortage of thanks to Terry, it has served me well and has been a great investment. I met Ben, the owner, he is a salt of the earth guy. He thanked me personally for doing business with them, thats really cool, and additionally, he told me to bring my vehicle back in for a particular cosmetic service.....at no charge. GENUINE GUY, Thank You! I just want to mention that my lender is a credit union, i always wondered what the service is like with a credit union, and now I know....they are awesome! So, a shout out to the CU, they are not just my lender, but I am now a member. All in all, this has been an extraordinary experience. I affectionately recommend this family owned dealership, Terry was superb, as I imagine the rest of the staff is no different. He is a great asset to their team! When you work for a "boss" that truly cares about his reputation and employees as Ben does, the natural effect is that his employees will go all out to take meticulous care of their customers! These guys are absolutely amazing! I cant recall a time when Ive ever felt the need to write a review on anyone or any business whether the strong opinion was good or bad yet I find myself sitting here trying to not write 4 pages on just why exactly EVERYONE should do business with these guys. They truly redefine what we all look for::"no-hassle". My experience with Ben and Terry was so fluid, everything that needed to be done was practically being prepared as we went along our way. Everyone there is literally willing to do what it takes to not just "earn" your business but, more importantly, to have you leave "satisfied", "comfortable" and just having an overall peace of mind feeling. Theres a reason theyve been in business so long-they get the job done and they get it done the right way. I couldnt have asked for anything more, I wish I knew people to send their way but my circle of family and friends are set with cars now. Thats why Im here to advise everyone check them before turning into any other stealership because these folks here mean well. Absolutely nothing bad to say, whatsoever.

Auto Dealer Solutions is the epitome of a no nonsense small town car dealership. They have clean cars and excellent customer service. I purchased a 1996 F-150 with only 65,000 to miles to pull my new boat and I couldnt be happier! The check engine light came on twice before I took ownership of the vehicle for minor issues (fuel filter & EGR valve which is to be expected for a vehicle 20 year old vehicle) and Terry my sales associate took it back to the shop with no questions asked and said Ill get them to fix it and call you tomorrow which is unheard of nowadays in the used car business. The customer service here is top notch and I absolutely will be referring friends and family to this place for future car buying purchases.
