Empire Auto! Lets start with the customer service. From my experience, the Owner is the one whom handles all customers. Since day one hes been very short and disrespectful. I have witnessed on numerous occasions a manipulative mannerism that he takes when it comes to customers that he believes to be ignorant to the automotive industry. If it wasnt very urgent for my grandmother to have Quick and reliable transportation, I would have done more searching! I receive a call in the middle of the night from my Grandmother frantic, because her car is being towed. After never missing a monthly payment, she calls and informs him the payment will be a week behind. With only three payments left! He decides to send a tow company to take her vehicle. Realizing theres nothing we can do in the night, I sent my Father and Grandmother to his business the next morning. Once they arrive, he explains the Finance Company whos name he would not disclose, sent the tow company out! Not only did they become more upset but another young female arrived with the same exact issue! From my understanding, it must be a reacquiring act before they come and retrieve their merchandise, but remember payments were always on time, just one week behind (ONCE!!!). He informs he angry costumers "you can get your car back but you must have the payment in hand now plus the $300.00 towing fee". So now where do we go form here? Better Business Burro!

Awesome car buying experience. I live in upstate NY, and wanted to get a gently used car from FL so I wouldnt have any of the undercarriage issues that we see up here from salty winters. I took a look at a few places when I was on a trip to FL to visit family, but wasnt super confident Id find something I really wanted. But the people at Empire worked with me to find the perfect car for me at a super reasonable price, and it was in amazing shape. They were really helpful and made sure I understood each step of the buying process. Its rare to leave an auto sales place without wondering if you could have negotiated better or done anything differently (especially as a single woman), but I felt extremely confident with Empire. Also, I had a ticket to fly back home, so they coordinated shipping so the car came to me without me having to take it on a multi-day road trip.

Buyers beware. Very shady people. Purchased a vehicle in February 2017 with the agreement that the payment would automatically be deducted from our account on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, well we havent had to make the first payment yet, they call Saturday saying it didnt go through because they decided to run our card on the third. So Blanca says thats right I see it noted in my computer, Im sorry. Well dont you know we wake up today to our car repoed. How in the heck is that right. And its going to cost me $1100.00 more to get my 16 yr old nieces car back. Wow. They wont call or communicate at all. Shady business

Deserves to be closed down sells ragedy cars and dont like to fix his own cars i spents $1200 on fixing my own car. Asked me what i want him to do about it i had to call the BBB ON HIS SO BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR REALLY THINK ON IT...HES VEEY RUDE OFFICE STANK AND DOG SMELLN.....THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD BUYI G A CAR A REAL DAMN LEMON LOT .HE NEVER REPLIED TO BBB SO WHAT THAT TELLS I BUT LOOK HIM UP HE IS IS THERE (BBB)

The staff at Empire Auto Sales in Bradenton are the best. They made my car buying expierince comfortable and fun. No pressure and no gimics here, these guys are really honest and sold me a great car! All around awesome dealership and quality cars.
