I got a nice car here but the service was more than terrible. Two stars is generous. First, I worked with Lorenzo who constantly drug his feet and lied about filing paperwork that wasnt actually sent. It took 3 weeks just to get the paperwork to me to sign. This is completely unacceptable and the fact that we were constantly told it was sent when in fact it hadnt been was outrageous, we shouldve run then. (Not to mention a coworker told us he has been out of the office for "heart trouble" just before he told us he hasnt missed a day of work in like a year) We were lucky that another associate, chris, jumped in and FINALLY got us the papaerwork and I thought this would be the finish line. Instead after getting papers signed I finally picked up the car to find out the description had lied about multiple features as well as even the color (which I could obviously see). Now I have this car and they have refused to send us the title application and am stuck with an expired temporary plate because they havent sent me a new one. Now not only can I not drive the car because I dont have a plate but my bank is pissed I havent been able to send required documents for my loan. Im sorry Chris, I know you asked me to praise you, but this experience needs to be honestly shared because it is unacceptable and customers need to be warned what they are getting themselves into. I will try to update again if I get my plate, and title, or if I have to get authorities involved.

For the most part it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I had purchasing a vehicle. The internet sales manager Chris was friendly and honest and help set me up with Tony the general sales manager who drove the truck to me to test drive. I kicked the tires for a day because I wasnt sure yet. They gave me the best value on my trade-in. Then theygave me better than market value on the truck I bought. Full disclosure - there is a STEEP dealer fee which most people dont think about when pricing vehicles. When I went to purchase things got a little wierd. The finance person had some of the figures wrong and I had to correct. Then, I was promised a tank of gas, oil change and tint for all the windows. It got late and everyone ran out of there so I was left with getting the promised items at a different date. Luckily after some time (I had some things come up) they stuck to their word about the tint. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend them to anyone. Another disclosure - I brought my own financing so I cant talk about that side of the deal.

I live in Jacksonville Beach and I found a car I liked but it was all the way at I75 Auto. I worked with the manager Tony Taylor and honestly I couldnt believe how great he was. He worked with my every step of the way and even brought the car to me to look at rather than asking me to come all the way to the dealership. I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot. It was gorgeous, it even took a couple extra days because Tony and the crew wanted to make sure I got the best for my money, they fixed minor issues and even included things no other dealership would even think about. I would recommend anybody to check them out before buying a used car. I dont always ad a review on a business unless it really stuck out good or bad.. in this case.. extremely good!! Next car or truck I buy I will be calling them first to see what they have! A+ for sure!

Be very careful here. When you request a money factor, they run your credit automatically to 4 different banks. They will tell you it wont impact your credit score, but then you get an email saying your credit score dropped 10 points. It doesnt matter how many times you tell them youre not buying a car on that day: they still run your credit, they dont care about the customers - its all about selling the vehicle and ruining the customers credit score. Not only going against our wishes but also making me pay for the next 2 years. Never doing business with them. Had 1 hard inquiry before walking to their sales office.

bought a new mini van from NFAA yesterday and my sales lady Melissa was very nice. she did not pressure us into anything. she knew that my husband and I are expecting our 4th child and needed a bigger vehicle so when we found one they(Melissa and Kevin) worked with us on our payment. they will not sell you anything without it being serviced to make sure everything is safe with it. the one flaw is having to wait to do paperwork when your ready to go for a drive in your new vehicle. thanks Melissa and Kevin for making our experience a great one!! from Jason, Tiffany, and children.

I would like to say that usually buying a car is the last thing I want to do but when purchasing from NFAA I had a excellent and unexpected experience. I would have to credit that to Melissa Parnell our sales women. She was so sweet and answered each of our questions we actually felt so at home while there. I would and have recommended NFAA to several friends and family and when we decide to upgrade this is no doubt where we will be returning! P.S it will probably be soon because my husband has his heart set on a new truck lol!!!

I have bought a total of 3 cars and 1 truck from here and my experience was great! Dwight (sales manager) and Pat Riley are two of the most honest people at a car lot that I have ever met. they are not pushy like a lot are and they listen to what you want and If I is not available at the time they "beat the pavement" to find what suites you. I have received excellent service from Rountree-Moore Toyota. They took care of everything concerning the vehicle purchase, and even delivered the car to where I live in Georgia. The vehicle had issues with detailing and the paint, but the dealership is having the car repainted at no cost to me. I am very impressed with Rountree-Moores level of service, and their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend them..

This place has awesome employees, they are very polite, patient and make good recommendations. I loved all of their cars but I just couldnt decide which one is for me. A bit upset a walked back home and started to search in internet for a good car that I would afford. After 30 minutes I was already bidding on repokar com and from the first try I won a great car.
