DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Do not bring your car here! ....my car..99 Miata Anniversary Edition, 6 speed.. was towed there as a AAA referral...for 24 hrs..no return calls ..no information about my car... we drove to the shop to find numerous people without shirts sitting in and around my car...a woman who is supposidly the boss mom trying to divert us... the "boss" sitting there without a shirt didnt answer pertinent questions my husband was asking bout my car..acted like we had no right to even inquire...we should have towed car out of there then but decided to give them another chance... after 4 days of no word on my car..no return phonecalls...nothing...on the 4th day we went to retrieve my car...my cars parts were disbursed throughout two building and they didnt even know what the hell the problem was...no authorization signed to be removing anything...never authorized any work to begin ..no paperwork... nothing...lack of professionalism is an overstatement.... one mechanic to what looks to be numerous "project cars"...if you leave your car here, do not expect to get it back any time soon, people are beyond rude, My car was there for 4 days in which they obviously had no idea what the hell they were doing.... I had my car towed to Pats Automotive on US 19... my car was diagnosed in less than 24 hours .. fuel pump, filter, and belts checked and tightened for little more than $300...and I picked it up in less than 48 hours.... they were professional and did a wonderful job....again..PLEASE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Poor customer service. My car was totaled and towed there to sit for a day or 2 while I figured out what to do with it. Initially I had called several times to ask questions about their policies and the gentleman I spoke with was helpful. However, the lady who works there and runs the front desk, "Chris" is not friendly and borderline rude. I paid for an Uber to take me there to get some of my stuff out of my trunk. When I arrived I was told I couldnt get my stuff out until the car was towed off the property because if I took anything out besides "prescription medications" then the car is considered "abandoned". I told to her that I was getting the car towed the following day and just thought Id come by to get the stuff in my trunk. She refused to let me. I came back the following day and had arranged the tow (who were giving me $200 for the car - so why would I abandon it there?!) and she was very rude again and said I owed $21 and some change for the car being there overnight (which I was aware of) but then she said she only took cash. I told her I didnt have cash and wish someone would have told me to which she replied, "forget it because it seems too difficult for you". I cant believe this place is AAA approved, I will not use them again.

Horribly crooked company!!! Non-professional drivers and dispatchers!! Driver showed up within 15 mins, told me to show my appreciation through a tip. Driver started swearing at dispatcher in front of me, her response to him was "we are getting a goa (gone on arrival), I dont care how old her mother is." After we told them we had a family member drive my 81 year old mother home because she was feeling ill after sitting in the heat. They think they will still get paid for showing up and leaving us stranded, not going to happen!! AAA was contacted and a formal complaint has been made. The goa they requested is being reversed! Nice try Car Doctor! Id give the Car Doctor less than a star if possible.

AAA Auto Club contacted this firm today to tow my car to a local down town repair shop in St. Pete, because the vehicle would not shift out of "reverse". Their tow driver, Peter, showed up and not only got us over to the repair shop, but was able to correctly diagnose the problem with the transmission cable, and passed that information on to the company performing the repair. He was an "answered prayer", and went well above and beyond the Call of Duty!!!! Peter is an asset to Car Doctor, and their owner, Dennis Sr. ...... its no small wonder that this company holds the great reputation that they do. I personally would give the firm 10 STARS or more...... THEY ARE THAT GOOD!!!!

Ive been to the Car Doctor twice, first time I was towed there and they fixed my car within a couple hours and were very capable in fixing the problems! Second time I went back because a plastic piece had broken on the bottom of my car and just needed help. They fixed the problem within 25 minutes free of charge (it was a patch up job on a minor piece) because I was unable to fix it myself. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone in the area and intend to rely on them for any further car complications.

They have done work on my vehicles multiple times with great results. Fair pricing and honest work. The one issue I had was quickly resolved (problem with power steering - loose hose). Thumbs up!

They go above and beyond, especially if you have AAA. I am very happy I got my car towed here, fixed my car for free before I even got an estimate. (It wasnt a big job but I thought Id be screwed!)
