I swore I would never buy a car from a dealer because i am very cynical when it comes to car salesman but Sunny Florida Cars is a true diamond in the rough! And I rarely leave lengthy reviews unless Im REALLY pissed off or REALLY IMPRESSED. So heres how my experience went down: My gf and I were in the market for a relatively inexpensive used vehicle thats good on gas. From the start I was very skeptical and had low expectations. We told Eddie (our salesman) what our price range was and what we were interested in. He told us hed check what was available and the very first car he showed us was EXACTLY what we were looking for! VERY low mileage (that was actually the main deciding factor), power everything, excellent condition, super clean, and all new fluids! Abraham, our finance manager was more than accommodating by ensuring that we could drive the vehicle home that same day! Not to mention the price was more than right! In fact, what we paid for it was the Kelley blue book value for the same model with twice the mileage! Power everything, cold AC, ABS, traction control and much more. Only issue found was the front right blinker which Eddie ensured was fixed within the hour! All in all, I never thought Id buy a car from a dealership but this place totally surprised me with their excellent customer service, great prices/value, exceptional flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile, EVEN AFTER the sale was closed! Hands down, 5 stars! Will highly recommend to all friends and family. Thank you Abraham and Eddie! Ill definitely be recommending you guys to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Biggest scam ever. I went to look at an 06 suburban that was priced pretty fairly but when I went and looked at it there were scratches and obvious things wrong with the car. I went ahead with talking to them about the car because it seemed like the best deal I was going to get. While the dealer was filling out the paperwork he lied about how much I got paid and how many hours I worked. I pointed it out to him and he just said, "well we are going to see what they give us". I put $1,000 out of the $3,000 deposit on the car so they wouldnt sell it out from under me while I talked about the offer with my boyfriend. Well that was 2 months ago. I have been trying to contact them and get my money back but they said that its to bad and I signed something that said I couldnt get my money back. I asked him to give me the paper that said that its nonrefundable but he wont give it to me. And just today (2 months after I went to LOOK at the car) I find out that they have already signed me to a loan company and I am already behind in payments. I didnt get any notice that I was signed nothing at all no phone calls, emails, mail. NOTHING. I am still trying to get them to hold a phone conversation with me but they keep hanging up on me or telling me they will call me back. I wouldnt recommend this place if it was the last place to buy a car in the world. I would rather walk. Dont deal with them they will just scam you.

I have purchased many cars in my time, and have come to despise the car buying experience. Sunny Florida Cars went the extra mile to make my purchase the best car buying experience I have ever had! I will never buy from any other dealer, and will wholeheartedly refer anyone needing a vehicle to them. The sales staff worked hard to help me find a car that I would love, even when I didnt really care - I just needed a car. They put me in the most fun car I have had in years! The Finance Manager worked harder than any I had ever seen to find a great finance options for me. Best yet, he didnt spend hours trying to strong arm me into buying all that extra junk that has become so common from the "finance guy". Then, after I purchased the car they asked me to drive it for a few days and then bring it back for a free oil change and detail. After the deal was already done! Best of all, a few months after I bought the car and the warranty had expired the convertible top quit. When they heard about it, they asked me to bring it in so that they could fix it for me! I love the car that I bought from Sunny Florida Cars, and have been amazed with the service. They truly stand behind what they sell, even after the deal is done. So, if you need a car and are tired of the typical "Used Car Dealer" trying to take you for a ride- Try Sunny Florida Cars. You will be glad that you did!

Bought a 2002 Mercedes E320 with low mileage for a fantastic price. From the moment I arrived at the dealer, was greeted by Randy ( salesman) who treated me in a friendly and professional manner. Took the car for a test drive, worked out the details and numbers and bought the car. Matt, (finance Manager) went the extra mile to obtain financing for me since my credit had become challenged. Car had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed after the purchase, and true to their word, all issues were rectified in a timely manner. The owner of the dealership, Abraham was amiable and assured me that he wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience in puchasing a car...... was treated better there than at many new car dealers I have been to in my car purchasing travels. I would highly recommend visiting and checking out their inventory.

The cars there are just that. Most of them have been wrecked and then repaired on site with a band aid. You can see the shoddy work if you look closely. There is this guy there who calls himself "Razz". What a tool. He doesnt look at you when you talk and you can tell hes just waiting for you to shut up so he can begin pounding you into one of his makeshift overpriced cars before you know what happened. I had a lot of cash in my pocket and would have dropped it on one of their vehicles that was partially decent (I could make it better with Resolve and a paint buffer) but... Razz didnt give me any respect, maybe because Im only 24, but then I showed him the cash and he was my new best friend. HA NO DEAL! Do yourself a favor and dont fall for their tricks. If you do make it to their lot, just look behind the shiny stuff and you can see what the car youre interested used to look like.

Their dealership claims for this to be very well taken care of as well as clean auto reports that isnt the case. i went there to look over the vehicle which looked great online, alot of times were missing broke and not funcational... Also they do the fiancing and dont wait on final approval let you drive away and than called you a week later to bring the car back! They also pay commission to there salesman before the loan is even approved so they wont have to pay you your full downpayment back which is there fault they didnt want until it had final approval.. They give you the run around and treat you like you dont know wanything they had another things coming i am a daughter of a man who OWNS a car dealership 3 of them in NYC! i am not dummy! DONT BUY FROM THEM! They also tried to give me the car on E and said its not there job they dont even service or clean them either...
