AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! I have bought several cars around the country and by far FIRKINS dealership is the BEST!!!! My car salesman ANTHONY SALEM was professional,kind,patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicles.He knew exactly what I was looking for. He had me test drive a Mitsubishi/15 outlander sport. Right when i drove it I loved it! Great car! So happy with it! The managers Matt and Andre truly were a pleasure. Very professional and made me feel comfortable with my car purchase.Thank You all for making my new car purchase such a great one and I would highly recommend FIRKINS and Staff to anyone. I had the fortunate experience of working with Sales Managers Steve Stojanovich and Gino Finelli, along with Salesman Dwayne Josey in buying a vehicle I had been searching for, for a long time. I needed the perfect year and mileage to fit my needs. The payment amount was number one on the list and we were able to come to a fair agreement, while having a good time. It definitely was not a dreaded vehicle buying experience. I left the lot feeling excited, and most importantly, confident that I had gotten a good deal, and an awesome vehicle. I will definitely recommend all of the above persons, and the business, to all my friends and family. The service dept. is poor at best. The service consultant I had showed no people skills at all, he just talked through me as if I didnt exist. I made a mistake and owned it and he said for the inconvenience he would take care of it no charge. After 1 hr. of being told 5 more minutes the car still wasnt ready and the consultant said because of my mistake and the money he wasnt charging me. I paid the charge (I owned it) but it still took another 1/2 hr. to get my car. In 1 1/2 yrs. I have spent 100,000.00 in cars there, they will never see me again My car was in yesterday for repairs and today had to be towed in today due to the "repairs " performed by Firkins

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COLLISION REPAIR!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. The "mechanics" were not knowledgeable enough to diagnose the extent of the damage correctly, order the correct parts, or get the repair done in a timely matter. Waiting for our vehicle set us back considerably not only when making plans but with our business and finances as well.

I traded in a car and then within 24 hours i was very unhappy with the car i bought. No one was willing to work with me to find other options. I am very disappointed with the sales staff. In addition, the service staff does not call you back to address any of your issues or to even schedule service. I would not recommend Firkins to anyone.

Great local dealership. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. They quickly helped me find my vehicle of interest and I didnt have to spend a lot of time waiting. Plus they were grilling hamburgers and hotdogs and I just happened to be very hungry. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
