There was one saleman that was helping us with a truck that we stopped and looked at at Don Hill and he was very nice at first. We test drove the truck and then came back and started talking about prices. The salesman turned very rude and was laughing at us. I have never been treated that way in my life. I guess he was acting like that because we are a young married couple and he thought he was going to run over us. My husband later on that day called the salesman to talk about the final offer and the salesman didnt want to help us at all and he hung up on my husband. So if you want to go to a car dealer ship and get treated with kindness dont go to Don Hill in Kingsport! They treat there customers like crap!

My 60 year old disabled father went and got a vehicle from them has had it less than a month. Has only drove it home before the problems began. His first payment is due in 2 days. Has already had to replace the entire break system, there was oil all over the spark plug took it come to find out it is a blown head gasket. They refuse to help in any way. They sell lemons. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! How are they going to make my dad on a fixed income pay over $800 to fix It. How can you take advantage of a disabled man.

The salesman was very nice, but kept emphasizing that there was no warranty on the car. "Once youve driven it off the lot, if it breaks down a mile down the road, you still have to finish paying for it." I needed a reasonable car quickly or might not have bought it. Ive never dealt with this kind of car dealer. Ive had it since August and it still runs.

Needed something right then...AC worked on test drive but next day no AC. On drive home realized alternator was going out...drove home then to mechanic
