If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I have to say that I am very impressed in every aspect of my car buying experience with Tri Cities Dodge...I worked with Nathan initially, and completed the purchase of my 2015 Dodge Journey AWD with Tyler...I very highly recommend both of them...honest, straightforward, very professional in their demeanor and actions, and willing to go over and beyond their duties to satisfy their customers where they can. They have a new General Manager, Fred, and his honesty, integrity, and knowledge of the products and industry is impressive...I also want to extend a very heartfelt thank to Nick...his keen eyes and background very instrumental in picking up evidence of prior damage on the vehicle that I had unfortunately purchased through another dealer whos name rhymes with mia...the day before...stopping in at the Dodge dealership so they could better explain and show me the functionality of that 2014 Journey. From there everybody at Dodge went over and beyond, and I mean everybody, to help me get the right vehicle, and of equal importance, the proper advice in how to correctly get out of the bad deal from the prior dealer who was being anything but cooperative right to the end without damaging my credit or burning bridges that may be useful in the future. The staff have exceeded all the expectations of this disabled veteran...getting me all the rebates I was eligible for which saved me $4000.00 off the top and put me into the drivers seat of a very nice, brand new Journey AWD in a very sexy Phantom Blue...Youve got to check out that color...its 4 colors in one...from teal green, teal blue, purple, then to black depending on how the light hits it...the name fits it perfectly. I have noticed alot of very negative reviews here and can only tell you that my experience here has been in stark opposition to what they wrote, and also of note is the fact that they now have a new, very professional, knowledgeable and competent GM in Fred, and his integrity is outstanding. I didnt have a trade in and its common knowledge that you will do better selling your car privately...the only time I would trade in another vehicle is when you are looking to get out of a vehicle that you really dont like, or dont want 2 separate car payments, or simply dont need the vehicle, and then realize that they have to invest their time and resources to prep the trade and then try to make a little money off of it, and be very leery of the push, pull or tow in trade in offers, as those incentives are tacked on and will cost you in the long run. I personally am looking forward to more pleasant and very courteous, professional as well as personal dealings with all the staff at this dealership. The folks at Dodge really hit a home run when they designed the Journey SUV...its keen handling and responsiveness has already helped avoid a serious head on accident when another car came over the crest of a hill half in my lane...and yet it rides like a top tier luxury car with great, ingenious amenities. I sincerely hope that this completely honest, unbiased, and completely uncompensated review will help other folks looking for an excellent car buying experience will give the great folks at Tri Cities Dodge a chance to impress them as they have me...Im not an easy mark by any means. If this review did help you then please let them know it.

My wife stopped to inquire about a particular vehicle and set up an appointment with the salesman for approx. 3 days later when I could be with her, the salesman was given my email address, next day, we noticed online that the particular vehicle we wanted to buy was no longer there, we notified the dealer that the appointment was no longer needed as the vehicle appeared to be sold , he replied that was incorrect as he was looking at it ....... Strike 1 So, we show up at the designated time, the salesman was called to the front and immediately shoved us off onto a junior salesman, however, the vehicle was nowhere to be seen, The junior salesman was extremely courteous, and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable, If I could rate him alone, I would give him 5 stars....I guess he hadnt completed his "Sales Training" yet........ He told us the truth!!!!!! Strike 2 But nonetheless, the vehicle could not be located, so they start with the "Well Find You One" We eventually find one at one of their affiliates that is similar to the one we wanted, I gave them a Chrysler affiliate ID number that allows the possessor to buy the vehicle at 1% below dealer invoice and asked them to appraise my trade, and give me a price....Rem, we have not laid eyes on the vehicle yet, the first price they come back with is $5k higher than the undiscounted list price of the vehicle, and shows an embarrassing negative equity in our trade in by $2k. And they are not willing to bring in the vehicle unless a formal deal is established prior.... I said NO, And got up to leave, but before I could leave, the sales manager reluctantly offers up another $1k for my trade, I said NO, Strike 3 Then sales manager goes on to explain what a POS our vehicle is and that we should be grateful that they are even willing to take it off our hands, the carpet is dirty, and stained, and it has over 100k miles on it.....(Thats why we wanted to trade it in) and even followed us to the parking lot trying to persuade us and convince us of what a great deal they are offering us, but, the low trade in price was only due to the cosmetic appearance......that when they pull it into their shop, they would go through it thoroughly and see if there were any mechanical issues that they could deduct and make the trade in allowance even lower........ Youre Out 1st salesman then sends me an email the next morning saying they had "Great News" for us and what time could we come in.......... Well, Ive got some great news too, I bought a 2015 Nissan Xterra from another dealer in town, I was given $2k OVER my payoff, and was in no way subjected to anything like described above, Dont worry, I wont be back

Thieves, liars and scam artists!!!! We bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty from them and we ended up haveing to put down a substantial down payment just to get our payments within a reasonable price. I felt they were lying to us just so they could keep jacking the down payment up. After that, it took me a total of 8 trips down to the dealership just to get my tags, they had to issue me 3 temporary plates because no one there we competent enough to register my vehicle with the state. THATS THERE JOB, they do it everyday, still to this day I have no idea what the hell they were doing on that one. Next, we had a year of oil changes from them. They didnt even tighten the oil filter on the jeep so I have this huge oil stain on my driveway! This is my wifes car and the main transportation for our 3 year old, what if the oil filter came off on the highway? Of course, they claimed they had nothing to do with it and it just worked itself loose and me and every customer that comes in there are stupid yea yea. Well this last time got me, I took it in for our last oil change with them( Im just gonna do it myself from know on) and front brakes. They recommend front rotors and a whole lot of other stuff. I decided against better judgement to get the rotors done. When we got the jeep back the blower stopped working. I looked at it and traced a wire down and the main plug for the blower had been removed and was just barely on so it would be an intermittent problem. The plug has a security clip on it to keep it from wiggling loose over time, this plug was removed and placed back halfway so I would have to bring it back to them and get it "serviced". So they wanted my wife and child to drive with no heat in the middle of January so they can make an extra buck? Screw that, Im done with criminals, I was stupid to go this long dealing with them. From now on I do my own work on the vehicle. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will be going on Facebook and other social media. I dont want someone else to go through what I have and by the looks of some of the other reviews what a number of other ppl have gone through. Ive never met the service manager but I can tell u the guy who sits in the front up higher then everybody else( Like hes some king or something) with the smarmy black hair is the biggest crook of all. Save your money and go somewhere else!
