These people sold my husband and I a piece of crap death trap. In April 2016, we were faced with the desperate need for a new vehicle. Living on Social Security and Disability income, not being able to afford car payments, we found this car lot with seemingly friendly people who were willing to work with us in our current demise. They took our dying vehicle for trade and sold us a nice old van for a reasonable price and low payments. We found out a few months later, after having multiple brake system problems, that they illegally sold us a vehicle that does not have a whole frame and is a death trap. We are still having brake issues and cannot afford this piece of crap. Oh, and I forgot to mention that within a month or two of our purchase, Kinfolk Auto decided to move "to Tampa", and now website and business phone is down and I have Googled all over to find their new address and cant. They are still using the Hudson address and are portraying that they are open and keeping hours daily, and we are stick with mailing payments to a Post Office box in Spring Hill. I have put in a call to 8 on your side about this scam. If you find them in Tampa, DO NOT buy from them! Buyer Beware!

I was in need of a second car and while driving through Hudson I passed Kinfolk Auto sales. The staff was very nice and and seemed knowledgeable when talking about the cars. I was looking for a car that would get me too and from work for a year or more. The sales man gave me his personal guarantee that the car I was looking at was solid and would give me no problems. He also said that his mechanic looked at it and said that it would run for a year or so before it started having problems. At this point I purchased the car and the very next day on my way to work the check engine light came on. A few weeks later the brake light came on So I had to bleed and change the brake fluid. Just a few months into owing my new gem it now sits in an auto shop spewing fluid fighting for its life. I would avoid Kinfolk auto sales at all costs. They are the modern day wiseguys ready to sell you a box of empty goods.

I was put in an unfortunate situation leaving me without a car. I went to Kin Folk Auto in Hudson and they treated me just like I was their own family. I have purchased many cars throughout the years and this experience was one that I feel I need to share with anyone in the area who may need a car and someone who is understanding to life and all of its not so lucky events. My credit is not the greatest but they did not bat an eye, nor did they judge me and send me up the road. They worked hard and actually put me in the car that I had my heart set upon. I just want to say thank you to both of you who helped me and made sure that I had a way to work this next week for the training of my new job. Thank you Robert and Tom for everything that you did for me today!

Politr people and helped me with getting a new running vehicle. Explained the contract very well and spent the time to explain all the finances and what not. Would definitely reccomend them when trying to find a new vehicle!
