The cars are good cars and good down payment but the customer service and some of the management are unpleasant. Communication is a key factor in making anything work and that is something the staff minus Ed lack. A tow truck picked my car up after sitting on the road for 2 hours and I was dropped off at the office, and my car was taken to a shop somewhere on Arden. I was told they dont know whu i was there and that I shouldnt had someone to pick me up from my car. But the tow truck driver needed my keys. I was not offered a loaner or a solution on how my car can be repaired. My payments are always paid however i have had several issues with them I would recommend people who need a car immediately and dont have money to put down on a newer cars. To respond to Benchmark. I never said anything about popping a cap in nothing. I was never told that my car would be taken to another shop. The tow truck asked if i was going to the shop and he dropped me off. At not one point after waiting 2 hours for truck I was i told that i didnt need to go with my car. The tow truck driver said that he needed me there to get my keys. As far as a threat to the driver we laughed the whole way there. I was never offered to go to the shop. That was my first question where is my car going? To the sales guy he was to concerned with my issue and asked if he needed to stay there. I never said i was going to kill anyone that is slander. Im a woman and no one will disrespect me and i know when someone is staying to take advantage. I was calm when i came in the office but after being told that Benchmark would do nothing and all you wanted was a payment for a car that just broke down yes i was upset but to be scared was never how they acted. Your GM had a lot to say as she and your salesman taunted me by telling they will call the police because Im some type of lady. Of course call them i did nothing wrong and they would not tell me where my car was even after asking 3-4 times. I never touched anyone or destroyed and property and i was on my phone the whole time speaking to my laywer, and ride since again there were no loaners and rides offered. Did i mention at repair shop there is nothing but a cell phone and you have to leave a message they will call you back within 48 hours. The police were called after i left never saw them. And i talked to him on the phone and afterwards and nothing was done. I cannot come back on property??? When did this take place and Benchmark still has my car right now. So how is that possible? My lawyer will be in contact with you all.

Let me tell you first off Im not happy with the carlot at all the salesman that sold me the car told me he was gonna fix the things that were wrong with the car when I test drove it now going over a year and they havent fixed my drivetrain that they said was under warranty I have to jump the car off every 2 days even after 3 new batteries it should not drain a new battery in a week more less 2 in a week charged me 50$ for tightening my battery terminals I understand you have to make money but this is not how you do business and when I had to renew my.sticker and get a inspection it cost me 400$ to get the check engine light off because guess what the warranty doesnt cover electrical ok same with the batt they dont cover it ok so what the hell does this so called warranty Im paying over 12 grand for a car that you wont backup and you left my wife out in the rain for an HR because you wanna be cute and cut my car off over some phonecall to update my insurance when you cut my car off you should have told me right then I pay my payments you had no right to do that then you told her that the car was fine she jus needed a battery wrong ok your wrong you cut her car off then lied to me about it .Im just going to let you know Monday morning I am calling the BBB on you guys and I promise you Ill win my debate but yet you expect me to keep paying you for a broken car I dont trust your shop nor will I ever trust them u charged me $50 to tighten down a battery terminal again not good for business so far as Im concerned you can shove this car up your rear I will get to the bottom of this I wouldnt have to be so rude on here if I would have gotten a phone call back from my salesman bottom line no matter how busy you are your never to busy to call your customers back period and as for now I dont want your business back so for me to turn my car.back in I have to pay you more money not gonna happen and dont worry I dont need your response or your phone calls anymore Ill pay my payment and insurance and I dont want you bothering me anymore your nothing but a lieing joke and you will get back what you give just remember that bottom line what Im trying to get at with the batt issue is your stupid gps yall installed Im taking the car back to my shop for the third time and having them look at my starter and tell me if the GPS is wired up wrong but let me guess yall dont cover electrical lol get real man you can get over on who ever you want but not me
