My name is Ed Leeson and I am 59 years old and just recently retired. My wife and I visited Toyota of Kingsport on Saturday 4/11/15 to look at a Prius. All my life I had a company vehicle so when I had to turn my company vehicle in I wanted to get a car that was dependable, cost efficient and would last a long time. We felt very comfortable with this dealership since we had previously bought a car from them several years ago. The reason we came back was fourfold...the salesman, service, price and Toyotas reputation. First off, the salesman who is a friend of ours (Marvin Tolley) is a man of integrity and a brother in Christ. We could not ask for a better individual to deal with. Marvin explains everything to you and ensures you get exactly what you are looking for including a good price. Then the service from the accessory sales consultant (Kristin Humphrey) was great. She took the time to tell us the ins and outs of the car we were buying and even helped us put a Toyota App on our smart phone which is phenomenal. Everything is on this app about your car - it has service offers, roadside assistance, warranty info, safety recalls, service history, vehicle manuals, how to videos, etc. Lastly, I am an avid Toyota fan. I have owned Buicks, Cadillacs, Chevrolets, Fords, Hondas, Mercedes, Nissans, Pontiacs, and Toyotas in the past. Suffice it to say, the Toyota has been far above their competition and this is a proven fact. All you have to do is look at Consumer Reports for vehicles and Toyota is at the top of the pack in overall ratings. Of all the vehicles I have owned, the Toyotas have less maintenance problems, are more dependable and have a better re-sale value than any vehicle on the market. We love our Prius, it is comfortable, roomy and economical...50 mpg definitely makes this a "winner" in our opinion!

Went in today for my 1st maintenance check on my car I purchased there about 4 months ago. Friendly and quick check in and nice kids play area while waiting. The ending experience at service desk is a different story. Got car back and there was oilgrease stains all over seats in front of my new "never allow drink in car". We showed the guy at service desk and he immediately got an attitude saying his guys only are in driver side and no where else. My husband said were you back there watching them the entire time? So you honestly dont know for sure. There was oil marks all over dash center console, butt and back imprints all over light gray cloth seats and all over side door. He took car back to be cleaned up when we got it back like 5 mins later there was a new huge water stain from shampooer they used in the middle of the passenger side also drivers seat was still brown and filthy. At this point we are very agitated but keeping our cool. Same guy still had an attitude saying his guys wouldnt do this. Took car back again to be cleaned a wnd time. Got back 5 mins later seats were completely drenched he offered us paper floor mats so we didnt get clothes wet on way home. Couldnt tell if all the way clean was really dark from being wet. Got home. Still stains all over car. I most likely wont ever be back to Kingsport location. I have a maintenance plan on my car we purchased at time we bought car so it pisses me off they already have my money. Im just really disappointed in the service dept. We had a great experience when we bought the car but let down with lack of professionalism shown when a problem was brought to their attention.

After months of searching across the southeast for a smaller, decent looking car with good gas mileage, I found a 2015 Scion FRS at Toyota of Kingsport. I actually dreaded beginning the process of potentially buying another car. But I was greatly surprised by the manner in which I was treated at Toyota of Kingsport. Jason Harkleroad was a mannerly, friendly, and superb young man. He did everything possible to make this contact pleasurable. He allowed the FRS to "sell" itself. He did not pressure me in any manner. Then, Chuck Hunt met with me and we had a general conversation about the potential purchase of the Scion. He made me an offer that was incredible, even to the likes of me! I signed the papers and we were under way for the purchase of this amazing car. David Owens worked out all the numbers and found me a great rate on a car loan. Thanks David! Teresa Hannah-Minton sat with me in the car and explained some aspects of it. She was great in explaining the warranty, etc. and was so friendly. All in all, buying this car was a very smooth, non-pressure, pleasurable process. I am amazed! It should be this way in dealerships everywhere. I would not only do business with these people in the future and recommend them, they would be welcome in my home. I believe that says a lot about Toyota of Kingsport. Finally, I LOVE THIS CAR! Thank you Toyota of Kingsport. God bless and keep all of you.

Brandon Coffey is the best salesman!...This was my first experience finding a vehicle on the web. After much research I found that Toyota of Kingsport was worth looking into. Keep in mind, that I live 10hrs from Kingsport! The initial discussions were easy breezy and essentially made the deal over the phone, and once the terms were met I decided to drive to Kingsport to make it official. Hands down, without a doubt, it was the best decision I ever made!! Upon arrival to dealership, Brandon was there to greet me and he had everything ready for me to sign. There is always a slight fear especially being a female, that you will lose a great deal in purchasing a vehicle. Not the case here! Every concern was put to rest by the way my purchase was handled. Brandon Coffey is a treasure for this Dealership. The vehicle wasnt quite as clean as I wouldve liked. Brandon got right on it as well as the General Manager of the dealership, Brian Griffith. They made sure that the "Detail Dept." took care of everything:)) Down to the last step, it was an absolute pleasure. Even David Owens, who is in financing, processed the paper work to perfection. Thank you Brandon for restoring my faith in dealerships again. Thank you Toyota of Kingsport! It truly was worth the drive!!!

Buying my new car at Toyota of Kingsport was a great car purchasing experience! It was well worth the drive. I typically dread having to go through this process. The best part for me was the communication via email. Brandon Coffey and Angela Guse answered all of my questions promptly and politely the whole time. It is so difficult trying to do phone calls back and forth while trying to work and when you live an hour and a half away you want to know that youre not making a long drive for nothing. Brandon made it so easy. I spoke to Chuck Hunt to finalize the details and he was so helpful and friendly. He sent me all the information that we discussed in email. Once I got to the dealership I was greeted by Brandon and I met Chuck. Both guys were awesome to work with. I didnt have to spend all day going back and forth. Basically, all I did was test drive the vehicle to make sure it was what I wanted and as described then paperwork and DONE! That easy! And Brandon had already ordered new windshield wipers because he had checked them prior to my arrival and was not satisfied. He had them shipped to me. That to me was above and Beyond. So thank you all for a great experience and I would definitely purchase from you again!
