Just bought a 2017 Kia Soul Plus from this location yesterday. (After having my previous new car for 12 years). Experience was awesome. I worked with Chad initially over emails (hes the sales manager) & then Adam (to finalize the deal). Both were so easy to work with and they didnt seem to have any tricks up their sleeve or want to haggle me to death like some horror stories you hear about. It was a very low stress interaction in all aspects. Special kuddos to Adam. I felt like he really wanted me to leave there a happy customer. Mission accomplished! ;-) I live in Jacksonville & have 2 Kia dealerships within a 20 minute drive but chose Rountree Moore Kia which is over an hour away. They immediately matched a lower price I was being offered plus continued to work with me on an even better price that I was extremely happy with. The whole process consisted of just a handful of emails on day 1 then a call the next morning for a bit more negotiating (no haggling on their end – thanks Adam!) and to confirm I was coming that day to get the car. I was there about 3 hours doing all the paperwork/financing/test drive, etc. and then got in my beautiful new car & drove back to Jax with a big ol grin on my face. These days the internet makes it pretty easy to figure out a fair price on a vehicle and I walked away from this deal feeling like I got an exceptional price. So if youre within their area Id highly recommend you give these guys a try....even if you have to make a short “road-trip” like I did to get there. It was a positive experience from start to finish. I took the day off from work to go Kia shopping with my husband. Before we left home, he called a number of dealers to get internet prices and we settled on a dealership in Leesburg (Bill Bryan Kia). That was a mistake! We wasted hours there, and thought we were getting an OK deal until the sales manager was pulled in as I was filling out the final paperwork. He told us that the price did not include the spare tire that was already in the trunk. That would have cost an additional $200. We walked out, and headed for home. In the car on our way back, I suggested we call Roundtree Moore. They had a number of Kia Souls in stock and told us they would honor the internet price we were going to get at Bill Bryan. And no extra charge for the spare that comes standard in their Kia Soul! We got to Roundtree Moore around 6pm. Lori Hewitt was wonderful, she showed us several cars, with different options and I settled on the plus model. There was no hassle back and forth on the price. They stayed late (well after closing) to finalize the paperwork and I got to drive my new car home! I love the car and I wish we had gone to Roundtree Moore first.

I live in Gainesville and this dealership had the best price for a 2016 Kia Soul+ around. I went to Ocala and even looked locally and the closest they got in price was equal to this dealerships, but it was just the standard Kia Soul, if I wanted a + it would be 1-2 thousand dollars more. I dealt with Eddie over the phone and by text for about two weeks and every time that I spoke to him I wanted to drive to Lake City and pick up the Kia Soul that I had my eye on. Eddie was perfect, very nice, and wasnt really pushy at all-he wanted me to buy a car, but he was a very kind person who wanted me in a car that is safe and exactly what I wanted. He offered that if they didnt have a color that I liked they would have it ordered in one day, every other dealership said that the colors they have are the only options. When I asked about possibly putting leather into the seats he knew immediately that they could do that and the price(which was lower than any other price that I was quoted.) All in all I loved this dealership and if I ever need a new Kia I know where I will be going, and who I will ask for. Thank you Eddie!

I bought a 2016 Kia Soul last Thursday from Brad Howell at RountreeMoore Kia. I love my new car. This is my second brand new car in the past two years from this dealership. They have such an amazing team of people to be able to make the buying experience so enjoyable. I had my dog with me that day and that was no problem. She was invited into the dealership. It was a good day. I actually had fun. Mary Rountree always takes pictures of everyone who buys a car there, and they are pictures that I will treasure forever. Mary sent me an email the same day with copies of the pictures that she had done with my dog and I that day. Rountree Moore and this team of people have my complete gratitude and trust. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Brad went out of his way to make sure the deal would happen, and he spent a lot of time moving my belongings from one vehicle to the other and so much more. I thank all of you. Linda

We love Rountree Moore and each time were there is it an excellent experience. We feel like we know most of the people there including the great service people, and they know us. Lori Hewitt, who has sold us a few cars, always knows the exact car for us and she goes to bat and works very hard to get us the best price. Ive never seen anyone work as hard as Lori Hewitt and she always makes us feel comfortable. If we need anything, and I mean anything, we can call Lori and its done and thats because Lori Hewitt isnt just someone who works there, she throws her entire self into her job and she is masterful at getting us the right vehicle, the right price, and a great car buying experience. Weve been going to Rountree Moore for over 15 years. At Rountree Moore you get fantastic local service and oil changes with no driving out of town. Thank you Lori Hewitt and Rountree Moore for always taking special care of us.

My husband and I have been looking at the Kia Niro due to the fantastic gas mileage and it is super cute. We live closer to Gainesville but felt that Roundtree Moore had better deals. We came in Sunday and Kez Ford was our salesman. He is very down to earth and a super nice guy! He and the Manager there helped make it the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I am serious about that. We have pretty bad credit and we were kind of embarrassed about it but they In no way made us feel less than. They gave us more for our trade in than we though we would and gave us a great deal on the Niro. I absolutely love the car and it is more amazing than I thought it would be, it is so much fun to drive!!!! The car is so well made and when we are ready for another car, we will be coming back guaranteed! Thank you so much for helping make it such a great experience!!
