Okay let me start off by saying MOST IF THESE REVIEWS ARE FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS. FUNNY HOW THEIR LAST NAMES ARE ALL (calagna)!!!!!! the review BELOW MINE (Ignacio calagna) IS A FAKE REVIEW THAT IS ONE OF THE FINIANCIAL PEOPLE THAT FINACE THE CARS FOR IDRIVE SO IT IS A LIE AND TOTAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST SO SAD YOU HAVE TO RIGHT YOUR OWN FAKE REVIEWS AND THAT IS THE EXACT PERSON WHO DID NOTHING BUT IGNORE MY CALLS AND TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET THIS CAR I HAD. They were so excited to help me a get a new car. But the car I bought from them I called to return it within 24 hours. They said they would call me back never did. So my grace period to return it expired the car from the beginning didnt work. The car was old had 118000 miles they sold it for 5000. I kept the car made payments on time for an entire year. Ive spend almost 3000$ trying to fix this car. I am trying to give it back to them. But the finance company is ignoring my calls, have hung up on me and theyre trying to get me to keep the car. They say Ive never called about the issue which I have but.l no one ever answers I have had to drive there in order to get them to listen. The car right now doesnt even drive at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

TL;DR - Most of their reviews are fake (writtwn by employees and family members). Sold me a car that died in two days. Tried to scam me in to a consignment agreement, and are now charging me money for keeping the trashed car on their lot, after stating I can leave it there. These con artists sold me a car that broke in two days. I was encouraged to have them fix it rather than return the car by their employees. I agreed, but after two attempts to fix it the car is worse than it was. They refuse to refund the car, despite the fact the problem was acknowledged by them. After contacting lawyers, they claimed to be interested in a deal. When I arrived, they tried to get me to sign a consignment agreement, passing it off as what my lawyer had suggested - which was a bold-faced lie. This was made worse by the fact that their employee told me directly that they would not be selling the car. So they wanted me to sign the agreement, then never sell the car so I wouldnt make any money back. Now, after stating I can leave the car in their lot, they have indicated that they will charge me fifty dollars per day its there. Avoid these awful thieves at all costs.
