PLEASE PLEASE run away from these people because they will sell you a nice looking piece of CRAP that will break down on you shortly after buying. I bought a fairly nice looking Infiniti G35 which had minor things i pointed out but were given 3 months 3000 miles extended warranty, to assure me everything is Okay, which i came to find out was CRAP also. Next day after purchase, The car had a short somewhere and kept blowing fuses for taillights, interior, gauge cluster. $167 to diagnose from outside automotive technition but no answers. Dealer said will charge $125/hr to do detail diagnosis, so i just left it and only drove during daylight. All splash guards under engine compartment were held with strings that broke off soon as i hit highway speed. Electric seat adjustment went out after 2 days of purchase, seats stuck in one position. Car had NO catalytic converts but just some exhaust pipes welded, (dealer quoted $1200 to replace). Bad breaks and very bad vibration at 70 MPH. Tires were worn but he refused to lower the price of vehicle. Finally 2 weeks after purchase, transmission completely went out and dealer said some one had botched the job on body valve module and now the whole transmission is gone bad ($3000-4000 for replacement). So i left at the dealer and sold it to him loosing $3500. In a sense i am very sad that i spent all my savings and tax returns on the car and lost my money and at the same time very happy that i got rid of the headache. Salesman (Neil) was very rude when i tried to bargain and the two ladies that did my paperwork were adamant on keep saying CAR is AS IS every time i asked a question about the condition of the car. PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO THERE. Complete THIEVES!!!!!!!!!

GREAT experience! In June, I bought my 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier to drive back and forth from my house in Davie to college in Palm Beach from Auto Sensation and I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience! The staff was very supportive of me and displayed ample knowledge about each and every vehicle on the lot. They also helped me set up an in-house finance plan that worked best for my situation and was within my financial boundaries. Since then, I have referred 3 friends to Auto Sensation, all of which have reported back to me with a similar experience. I would definitely recommend Auto Sensation to ANYONE and EVERYONE in the Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas looking for a quality used car!!!

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD THE CAR IS HORRIBLE I BEEN FIXING ON THE CAR SINCE I GOT IT. THEY ZIP TIED THE BUMPER ON THE FRONT AND BACK THE DAMN BODYWORK IS FALLING APART AND THEY DONT HOLD THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR SELLING FALTY CARS.THEY HAD TWO KEYS FOR THE CAR WHEN I ORIGINALLY CAME TO GET IT AND WHEN I CAME BACK THEY LOST ONE. THEY WILL CALL AND HARASS YOU IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT AND CHARGE VERY HIGH FEES BUT THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING THEY DONT GIVE ANY WARRANTY. THEY WILL CALL YOUR PHONE A EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF TIMES AND THREATEN YOU TO PAY EVEN WHEN YOU JUST PURCHASED A CAR THAT NEEDS WORK

Misleading ads on craigslist trying to lure people into their shady dealership. I went to see a ford transit which they advertised for $7449. Only to get there and be told that that is cash price (that was never stated in the ad. The ad actually says financing available). The guy also tells me he wants $4,000 down payment on the car that actually now costs $8999. These guys are just schmucks who just waste your time with games. I have no idea how they stay in business.

This is the WORST place to buy a car. They sold us a car for $8,000 which needed almost $2,000 worth of repairs. We could have just bought a brand new car for that price. It was heartbreaking. We bought the warranty too which covered NOTHING. Check their better business bureau rating---its an F. Dont buy a car from these crooks!

This place SUCKS!! Kelly was extremely disrespectful and lazy. I bought a car there and they refused to help me get the nessasery documents I needed to get insurance,so my licences got suspended. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy!! There cars suck and so does there service.

We bought 2 trucks. 1 broke down 3 times. Not once did they say it was covered under the do claimed warranty.. 2nd truck engine blew in under 5k miles. Wont Honor that warranty either. After having it for 2 months the Truck is 85% paid off too. Scams, not honest people. Cars are junk.

I bought a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe , let me tell you this has been the best suv I have ever purchased. Very friendly staff, great prices, Dave took very good care of me. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you so much for such a great car.

SCAMMERS!!! The definition of Slimey used car sales people! Run very far away from this place!!! How do these people sleep at night? Knowing they are a drain on society just trying to make a buck on desperate people. Pathetic.
