Very unsatisfied with the overall experience. Sales wasnt terrible other than the false advertising that the car was $2,000 below KBB, but when I looked up the KBB on said vehicle it was actually about $100 less than what the sticker had said. but I wasnt going to argue too much over buying a vehicle for $100 over value from a dealer. Had I known how terrible their Service Dept was I would have never bought a vehicle from them. First as i was walking around the vehicle checking brakes and tires, i noticed the tires looked pretty low, i asked about the tires and was told that Carsenses policy is that they do not sell vehicles with "at least twice the legal limit" which is 2/32", so no less than 4/32" and I said well they look pretty close to that and the salesman said, take it home, run it hard, bring it back before the 6month/6,000 warranty is up and theyll put new ones on. I took it to work the following day and measured with a tread depth gauge and they all measured at 3/32". The same day I drove it home and heard an exhaust leak while sitting in traffic but told myself that it couldnt be because it was just inspected in the month of October(10) and had an 11 sticker on the window and I bought the car 11/2/15. But when I started my car a couple days later with the heat on to warm up, and the whole car smelt of exhaust. I am a certified diesel mechanic with a class 7 PA state inspection license myself and have no idea how a mechanic can pass a vehicle with an exhaust leak, or how it could pass the emissions test as well. When looking around under the hood for the exhaust leak, I felt I should check all the fluids, and it was a good thing I did because somewhere during this so-called "109 point inpsection" of these newer used vehicles they sell, my power steering fluid resvoir was bone dry. So checking fluids must not be one of the 109 points, but is one of the most important I would think. I have called a few times before I took it for the leak, about either the tires, or the second key they owed me, or the person I neeeded to talk to wasnt there, they never had answer for me while I was on the phone and told me they would call me back which they never have. This happened atleast 5 times in the 3 weeks I have owned the vehicle, and to think about it they were supposed to call me 2 days ago and never have, so I guess ill be giving them a call tomorrow to find out about my car since they once again failed to call me back. When I took it in for the leak, i had them look at the tires so they can replace them since they sold me a vehicle against policy, they said that they were fine and were at 5/32, which is complete crap, maybe the highest point (on the edge), but thats not how a tire is measured, its measured from the "lowest point" on the tire. Which again shows great incompetence in their service department.

6 months ago Kyle at Robinson carsense sold me a 2014 Toyota which initially I was happy with. Within a 4 month period a very bad odor became apparent inside the car. The smell which I described as somewhere between stale nicotine and sewage became stronger and more unbearable over the next 2 months. On the car window was a small decal which read "bactronix". I didnt know what that meant when I bought the car, but found out later that it is a process to mask offensive odors. I notified Kyle that the car was totally unacceptable and I needed to get it replaced with a different car. I was told that there was a nearly identical 2014 Toyota on the lot which I could trade my car for. My expectation was that because my present car had an existing serious flaw that Im sure someone at carsense new about, they should do an even swap for the replacement car to correct this situation. When I sat down with Kyle he told me that an even swap could not be done because "we just cant do that", even though the two cars were nearly identical except for the stink. Even Kyles manager went out to look at the car and agreed it smelled like sewage. The deal that Kyle finally came up with put me nearly $2000 in the hole. I could not agree to be set back $2000 and having basically the same car. I had to get rid of the car so I finally signed on a 2016 mazda, which put me more in the hole but at least with a better car. Anyways, carsense sold me a car with a known problem and they refused to correct the situation. They felt it was better to make a buck on me (again) instead of doing what was honest and fair. By the way, the mazda is nice except that we noticed that the side of the car was previously "keyed" and carsense did an amateur job trying to buff it out. So much for the "no scratch" policy. Needless to say, I wont deal with carsense again under any circumstances and will advise friends and family to stay away also. Tom L., Robinson Twp.

Not as transparent and fair as they claim. I brought my car in on a Saturday to see if they would buy it from me and it was all sunshine, they gave me an appraisal and said I had a week to accept their offer and it would be a simple mattter of them taking my keys and cutting me a check. Two and a half weeks later I called them up to see if I could bring it in that night to get reappraised and they said yes please do. When I got there they claimed they could not do it because the guy to do it was not there and when confronted about their misrepresentation on the phone the salesman said "Im sorry, we are told to say that to get people to come in". They were shady about when they could do it again, claimed maybe from 10am - 5pm during a weekday but wouldnt make an appointment, and claimed they could not do it on a Saturday even though they already appraised it once on a Saturday for me a few weeks prior. When pressed they said they could appraise it on a Saturday but would not be able to cut a check on a Saturday because the finance guy is not there on Saturdays, which is ludicrous unless they never sell cars on Saturdays despite being open all day. Then they said the appraisal isnt final because they have to put the car up on a rack, which has never happened to me on three prior trades. I dont care if they didnt want to buy my car but if they didnt have the honesty to be forthright with me about that, ask yourself whether you really want to buy a car from them.

Terrible place to buy a car! Stay clear!!! Shady business..giving it 1 star is still to high!. I bought a 2014 Nissan Murano Platnium that had almost no miles on it. I bought an extended warranty in April of last year and cancelled it this May when I traded the horrible car i bought here in at a real dealership for a total different brand. I have YET to receive my refund in the mail! Apparently, Im not the only one according to Monica in their finance department and it doesnt seem that Ill be receiving it anytime soon! I called and left countless messages for her within the past 10 weeks and never received a call back from this branch and their corporate office. After speaking with Ryan, who said he is the Finance Gm, Monica finally calls me back Today, May 7th, She tells me, "the company was bought out and the corporate office has it that they are waiting for the previous owner to come in and sign the checks because it is coming out of his account. There is nothing they can do and they are unsure as to when he will be in. But possibly soon." Im beyond words! When I told Monica that was not an acceptable answer, she had the nerve to laugh. I will be looking up the attorney generals info ASAP along with contacting the BBB
