WARNING!!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!!!!!DONT PURCHASE ANY CARS FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! THESE 5 STAR RATINGS ARE FROM CUSTOMERS WHO ARE OFFERED A FREE OIL CHANGE ONLY IF THEY LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THE MOTORHOUSE IN EARLY MARCH. ONLY AFTER 1 WEEK OF HAVING THE CAR THE TURNING SIGNALS DID NOT WORK AND THE CAR WAS IN NEED OF AN OIL CHANGE. I TOOK THE CAR TO A LOCAL AUTO SHOP WHO CHANGE THE OIL AND OFFERED TO ROTATE THE TIRES. AFTER PREPPING MY CAR FOR THE TIRE ROTATION THE MECHANIC CALLED ME IN TO HIS WORK AREA AND SHOWED ME THAT THE TIRES WERE SEVERELY CRACKED ON THE INSIDES!!!! KEEP IN MIND FOLKS THIS IS A USED CAR THAT HAD JUST PULLED OFF OF MOTORSHOUSE LOT!!!!! I CALLED MY SALES PERSON RIGHT AWAY AND EXPRESSED THIS ISSUES I WAS HAVING WITH THE CAR HE TOLD ME TO COME IN WHEN I COULD. A FEW DAYS LATER THE REFURBISHED BATTERY THAT WAS PUT IN THE CAR RIGHT BEFORE I PULLED OFF THE LOT STOPPED WORKING. AFTER GETTING SOMEONE TO JUMP START MY CAR I DROVE TO MOTORHOUSE WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DID NOT WANT TO REPLACE THE TIRES UNLESS I REMOVED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW THAT I PLACED ON GOOGLE (WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS FORCES SOMEONE TO REMOVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR A SET OF USED TIRES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE CAR ANYWAY?) A FEW MONTHS LATER I WAS FORCED TO PAY OVER $650 FOR A COIL REPLACEMENT AND $350 FOR POWER STEERING TO BE FIXED. AFTER THAT THE CAR STOPPED RUNNING I CALLED SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND EXPLAINED THAT ITS ONLY BEEN 5 MONTHS SINCE IVE OWNED THE CAR AND ITS NOT RUNNING HIS ONLY SOLUTION WAS TO TELL ME TO CONTINUE TO PAY THE LOAN ON THE CAR AND COME BACK AND SEE HIM IN 8 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR!!!! WHY WOULD I GO BACK TO A BUSINESS THAT HAS BEEN SHADY FROM THE BEGINNING? LUCKILY I CALLED THE "BBB" WITH THE RECORDED CONVERSATION I HAD IN THE OFFICE OF MOTORHOUSE AND ON THE PHONE WITH THE OWNER. THE SALES PERSON ALSO DID NOT GIVE ME ALL THE PAPER WORK I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE AT THE TIME OF ME SIGNING FOR THE LOAN. LONG STORY SHORT PEOPLE DO NOT...... I REPEAT........ DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! YOU WILL GET STUCK PAYING FOR A LEMON AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL THEY REFER BACK TO THE PAPER WORK THAT YOU SIGN AND TELL YOU THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. DO NOT SHOP HERE SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE OF OPENING A CASE WITH THE "BBB"

If you need a car I recommend you dont go to "MOTOR HOUSE". They sold me a lemon. I bought a car from them recently and they tell all their customers that your first oil change is FREE if you go write a good review so with all the good reviews they have its only because the customer want a free oil change so dont fall for it but back to my story. A couple weeks after purchasing the car the oil light came on saying that I needed oil which i thought would already be in there when I bought it. So I took it to MOTOR HOUSE service department to get my oil change done and 2 weeks later the oil light came on again and i kept taking it back to them for the same problem and it was never a oil leak so I finally decided to take it to the dealer since Motor House service department couldnt figure out what the problem was. It was $115.00 to get the diagnostic done that Motor House refuses to pay knowing that they sold me the car like that. When the results came back they said the car needed a new engine which was going to cost around $5000 to get done so I went back to Motor House to let them know and so they can switch me into another car. Long story short they was being real disrespectful and kept hanging up the phone in my face and telling me that the finance manager didnt want to talk to me. then they decided to tell me I could trade it in with $3000 down on another car instead of taking their car back and giving me something else. If you are trying to buy a car I really advise you not to go there because now Im stuck with a car that needs a new engine.

I originally went to Ed morse Chevrolet dealership in Sawgrass. The salesman referred me and my mother to Motor house. Told us to ask for Tony. Long story short, I went to motor house and the customer service is outstanding! Due to my situation I kinda had a hard time finding a truck. James Warhust continued to work with me, asked me if I wanted a car, I told him no, I want a truck. No luck, I went to two other car lots, no luck. James called me, asked me if I had found anything I told him no. He told me to come in. I went it and they tried at least 3 vehicles, no luck. James continued to work it, took me to see another truck and he yelled out, "THATS YOUR TRUCK, THIS IS IT"! I ASKED IS IT REALLY MINE?! He said yep its yours. Nothing can explain the happiness that was exploding inside of me. James and Tony were the absolute best!!!!!!!! They got me in my truck that I love and if I had any issues they fixed it!!! After I got the truck it was around 10 pm, James didnt like the way they washed the truck, he stood outside and washed my truck. Tony fixed whatever issue it was with the truck. I can go on & on but Motor house have the best customer service. The only time Ive experienced customer service like that at a car lot, was Hyundai. But motor house beats them. Need a car, go to motor house!!! See James or Tony!!!! Vickie

WARNING! This place is a joke, do not buy from them!!! I bought a truck from them back in August, and the truck was not even detailed, there was crap all over the inside I had to re do it myself, the truck was missing a bunch of trim pieces and the license plate lights did not even work, I had to fix those myself too! The salesman is James who sold me the truck and said he would try and help me get a second key for the truck, which after a few times of asking and asking he just stopped texting me back. This place is a future nightmare for anyone trying to buy a car or truck. Many other local dealerships in the area are cleaner, have better staff that will care about you and the whole process and not just the commission. I 100% regret buying my truck from them. They owe me a FREE oil change, but I refuse to go get it because Id rather pay then to have to deal with them again. WOW!!! And the only reason they have all these good reviews is that they make you sit down at a computer before you leave, sit over your shoulder and pretty much tell you what to write, which everyone does because they are just excited they have a new car. My advice to you people, is to just keep on driving waaayyyy past this lot. GOOD LUCK!

I purchased 2 vehicles the same day from this dealer back in November 2014 and initially, the experience started out well. Then it started turning into a nightmare. It felt like the salesperson was just saying things to get me out the door with both my vehicles. Dont get me wrong, the cars are great! I bought a 2012 Camry and Camaro and I love my cars. However, 2 to 3 months into my purchase, they started showing their true colors. My car had bug stains that damaged the paint but they claimed they could initially detail them out, that was a lie. I ended up having to come out of pocket to repaint my hood and bumper because they did not want to correct the problem. Then, I didnt even have the original key to one of my vehicles, they dont give you any gas when you purchase your car there, they claimed I still owed them money for my trade in after I already had my car for more than 45 days (crooks!) and the person who referred me there never received their referral reward and I bought 2 cars! In the future, I dont think I would return back to them for a newer vehicle, next time Ill just go straight to my dealer of choice for the Make of the car I want to buy.
