Honestly, if I could I wouldnt even rate it one star. Stetsons Auto is actually the worst car dealership anyone could go to. Ive heard from numerous people how shady and rude they are to their customers. Nonetheless, I had no idea until it was too late. I am merely a naive, adolescent whom has never bought a car before. To my knowledge, I didnt realize someone could sell you a trashed car and get away with it. Not to mention, the entire inside of the car wasnt even cleaned out or vacuumed. I found baby clothes in between the seats, the cup holders were sticky and gross. The storage space in my trunk was gross as well... Back to the main point. The check engine light was on when I bought it. There are two exhaust leaks. I needed a new catalytic converter. The windshield wipers were torn. The list goes on. My car is completely rusted underneath, my exhaust is nearly dragging on the ground. Luckily, I am able to zip tie it temporarily until the zip ties melt off. I went to Firestone, down by Millcreek Mall. I asked them to inspect it. They told me the car should have never even passed inspection in the first place. I tried to be as friendly as I could with the owners. They made me wait outside while it was freezing and raining. They were rude to me and my friend. They continued to argue that just because they fixed the one exhaust leak, that it justified the entire car being okay. Absolutely terrible and cruel people who want to screw over people just to make a quick buck. DO NOT GO HERE.

My girlfriend bought a car from this place. It said it was "inspected" but it was obviously a lick-em-and-stick-em. There was no way it was actually fit to pass an inspection. The car was way overpriced for what it was worth, and was discovered with various expensive repairs shortly after. They can reply to this with whatever excuse they can muster. Who are you going to believe? Them, who are trying to sell you a car? Or a person who actually had bought something from them. TL:DR Simple: dont buy from them.

Great experience on purchasing a used vehicle. Honest friendly staff that didnt pressure me or try to sell me a car I didnt want like every other place I went to. If youre looking for a used vehicle definitely check them Im very satisfied with the whole experience and got a great deal on the car I was looking for.

Talk about a no-pressure sales environment! The car spoke for itself on the test drive. Bought a beautiful car at a great price. Would definitely recommend to any one in the market for a reliable vehicle. You dont stay in business as long as they have by providing crappy service.
