I just purchased a fully loaded Audi Q5 Prestige from CMC as an early birthday surprise for my husband. I am a German engineering enthusiast having purchased several Audis and BMWs from around the nation and so for me to buy outside of a manufacturers dealership is a big deal. But I came across CMC and the Audi I ended up purchasing when taking a look to see what else is out there. CMC was well reviewed and documented as a well respected dealership dealing in high-priced automobiles. I felt comfortable pursuing further and it led me to our new car! I live in Missouri and CMC is in Illinois, obviously. Thus, I was making an out of state purchase, sight unseen for all intensive purposes. I worked with JT and he was great. He was very straight forward, which I appreciate, and was able to work me a great deal on the vehicle. He communicated with me via phone, email and text, sometimes at all hours of the day as I work a great deal and my hours, depending on what timezone I am in, widely vary. He sent me any and all information, pictures that I requested of the vehicle. All in a timely manner. When we got to the dealership, the car was in the condition that I expected and I did not find anything that had not already been documented and communicated to me by JT. Paperwork was quick and hassle free as well. JT even got me a free tank of gas on my way out the door. I will be back to buy again from CMC.

I just purchased my car from CMC about a week ago and I cannot brag enough about the service I was provided. The car was immaculate, freshly detailed and looked great! The service was beyond amazing, the sales person-Steven Ruiz is very knowledgeable and overall excited about being at his job, he definitely has a passion for what he does. He really knows his cars and hes probably the most patient sales person Ive ever dealt with, hes not pushy at all. I highly recommend buying a car from Steven. I must give a lot of credit to their finance manager Mark Foster, as well. Mark really went above and beyond to help me obtain the final monthly payment I would need to have this car. Its a given fact that Mark has been a part of the industry for many years. He possesses the information and know-how to really work with the customer to make sure they leave as satisfied as possible. I knew what I needed to pay to stay within my budget and he was able to get me in my car! There was no haggling for hours back and forth like many other dealerships, very straight forward and got it done. The CMC showroom is awesome! They have some of the coolest cars around, and the whole showroom is spotless. These guys really take pride in their work place and it shows! Id never go anywhere else for a car! Thanks a bunch CMC!

Excellent Experience Just purchased a MB C300 sport. I dealt on the phone at first with Ronny and then with Tatsiana when I came in to view and drive the car. Tatsiana knew the car well and answered all of my questions. I made my decision that night to buy the car and called the following morning. Due to my schedule, I was not in town for most of the day and had a small window to come by and pick up the car. I made the request to come in quickly to sign the paperwork and asked if CMC could deliver the car. They did this with no questions asked. Sam was especially good to deal with and really went out of his way to get things done accurately and quickly. I spoke to a few other employees, including the porter who delivered the car, and the customer service side was consistent. A good team they have. After purchasing the car, I then asked Tatsiana for some information regarding service CMC performed on the car when they brought it to their dealership. Tatsiana was quick to reply and I received via e-mail the service records. Nothing but happy with these guys. Would definitely buy from them again in the future. Walking into a high-end dealership with the purpose of buying one of their least expensive models, a Ford Mustang GT, can be a little intimidating. We didnt expect much. Were we ever surprised! We were treated very well indeed. There was no hesitation to let us test-drive the car and the salesman, Jose, was attentive without being pushy or, as wed anticipated, dismissive. He noticed my husband walking the dogs around outside and welcomed them inside with enthusiasm. We chose to go through them for financing thanks to a highly competitive low interest rate. The whole time our dogs were as well treated as we were, with water and food being brought to them. Several employees stopped to discuss our dogs and our vehicle purchase with enthusiasm. They all had something to add about the vehicle, or a personal story about another similar car. You can tell these guys are passionate about cars. One minor repair was included as a condition of purchase, and we were contacted the next day to see how we liked the car and to set up a time to bring it in. At time of writing it the repair has already been made. We will definitely return when were ready for another purchase.

Outstanding customer service from Tatsiana S. from start to finish, also impressed with the service from finance manager Sam. S., who worked with my schedules to get the paperwork done! The most impressive was the sales person, Tatsiana ......Ive bought lots of cars before and as soon as the sale is completed, most sales persons move on....but Tatsiana stayed in touch, contacted me after delivery, to ensure everything went smoothly.....called me a couple of days later, to touch base again. When I had a slight difficulty with operating the vehicle due to being new with the controls, she researched my situation, gave me options, sent photos of instructions and finally helped through my difficulty! Thats what I call customer service!!! Stellar!! I operate in the customer service business and know how important to give credit to good service, because people only remember bad service. Thank you Tatsiana! and of course Sam S! I will make sure to let all my friends know that there are still great car dealerships in existence! Great job with the staff CMC!!!

I just finished remotely purchasing a BMW X3 from these guys. Im in Alaska and these guys are in West Chicago. This could have been a logistical nightmare but Chicago Motor Car staff covered all the bases for me. Geno Dobleman is THE MAN! My parents drove in from Michigan to test drive the car and he introduced himself the moment they arrived with "You must be Robs parents". After being taken to a certified mechanic a couple minor issues were discovered (automatic tail gate didnt work). Geno had the car taken to a local BMW dealership to get fixed before being shipped up to Alaska. I was concerned that I would not get as attentive service after the wire transfer went through but this was not the case. They went beyond what would be expected of them and Geno personally kept me up to date with every event all the way up to the pickup by the shipping company. These guys are the real deal and on top of their game. Thanks Chicago Motors!
