Worst experience ever. Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN serviced my 2011 mustang multiple times for transmission issues. Never fixed problem, service manager was rude and incompetent, manager was no help either. My wife and I was blamed for problems, said it was our driving habits. This car is under warranty, they cannot fix it! Stay away from Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN.

I went in to buy a car or truck and trade my car in and they said they would give me 15,000 for my car then i looked at another car and they said my car was only 14,000 then i looked at another and then it went down to 13,500 they really did not show me that they wanted to sell a car. I will be doing all my car purchases in Clarksville tn from now on.

So pleased with our experience here. We recently totaled our car and was with out one, we called the dealership and within an hour got an approval, and later that day was able to drive away with our SUV, the staff was amazing and so helpfull, would recommend to anyone looking for a car!!

Had to buy a truck for a new boat. Previous ownership of Ford products had me purchase a F-150. Staff worked to get me the price I had intended to pay and made the purchase seamless. Other dealers were a distance away but I doubt they could have matched the price.
