Had leak in a/c system, filled system up w/$10 worth of freon , $145 labor. Leak was not found so our vehicle insurance wont pay for recharging a/c system. I welded a cadillac alternator bracket 1 of their mechanics broke several yrs. ago & didnt charge anything, I guess its different when shoe is on other foot. What gets me is they know a/c is leaking, most likely evaporator. ...but is a 10 hr job taking dash out & didnt want to mess w/it. So they fill it & tell my wife "might last 3 mos might last a yr. When it blows hot bring it back again & well look for leak again." Which will be another $15 freon w/$145 labor! Will go elsewhere from now on!
