Very Helpful! The woman who runs this shop is AMAZING!! She is so helpful and genuinely interested in helping to find a solution for your pet. She has so much knowledge and if she doesnt know, shell reach out to the vet who own the place. ...and bonus, can we talk about the drive-thru pet food pick up! This is the best... when my daughter is sleeping in the car I can just pull through the drive-thru and let them know what I need and they fetch it (see what I did there) and load it into the car. Great customer service and some amazing products that you cant find at the chain pet stores.

Love The Scoop! They are all very helpful about food, training, toys and tips to help you and your pet. I feel good buying food from their store knowing that they stock only the foods that a vet would recommend. Our dog has some special needs and I felt they set us up with the food that was right for him and as he grew, they helped us find the next step of food for his body and type. His coat is so healthy and shiny!
