UPDATE: After sending them this message, they were on top of it ASAP - even on a Sunday! Theyve offered to replace product that was damaged and are following up with their team to help remedy the situation. I have to say they were very good at following up on this issue! Excellent service! ---------------------------- What happened to these guys? The contents of my box was a mess! There was just a few sheets of paper stuck in my box - totally inadequate for the weight of the items inside and the buckets crushed my wormers. Two of the tubes were smashed right out of their boxes and the ULC-R-Aid was open and left a sticky residue all over the other items in the box. So since the seal was broken, I ended up throwing away the ENTIRE bucket of ULC-R-Aid that I had just ordered. THe bucket was not sealed and the plastic tab had been cut open. I’m not sure if that happened at the shippers or the packing warehouse, but regardless, the packing material inside the box was VERY POOR! We’ve always used them for the farm, but now I’m going to have to go back to using the more expensive competitor. Warehouse appears to have hastily tossed my items in a box and the items don’t even appear to be in new condition. Plus they were open! Goodness - This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with ordering items from a reputable company.

This is the weirdest pet "shop" Ive ever been to. You pull up and theres a huge storage unit looking building thats open and is full of pet supplies. Its very warm inside and has a weird smell. An employee sits at the front at a desk and is friendly. Then, you come out and go inside to the HUGE building, only to find that maybe 10% of it is dedicated to the pet "store." It is air conditioned, though, which is nice. Right next to the area where the cashiers and all the pet supplies are (only about 4 small aisles), you see a short divider and a bunch of people sitting at desks. They look like either telemarketers or customer service reps. I guess theyre part of the Jeffers? Not really sure, but what a weird setup. Anyway, I looked around and saw a bunch of stuff for my dog but HARDLY ANYTHING for my pet rabbit, which was my main reason for visiting. So, I left empty handed, confused, and disappointed.

Dont bother ordering if something is on backorder. I ordered a pair of natural hoof boots on 11/28. One boot was going to be on backorder until 12/3. They sent me one boot (still took almost a full week). I waited and waited. I finally called on 12/12 and they told me the other backordered boot was now backordered until 12/17!!! When I asked why would they be pushed up almost 3 weeks and NO ONE CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME?!?!? The girl said that "The buyers have been busy and probably just didnt order it yet". Well IM BUSY ALSO AND I ALREADY PAID FOR THE BOOT!!! So... I went to TRACTOR SUPPLY!! And bought a pair of boots for my horse who cant even walk thanks to a God awful trim by a bad farrier!! A MONTH AGO! I needed the boots when I ordered and paid for them, not when someone decides to finally do their job and get stuff in stock!

I purchased a male persian kitty cat about 7 months ago. He has been skittish and being anti social with my husband and I. He played with our 5 year old Pomeranian like they were both kittens. We couldnt understand why he was running from us or trying to hide ever time we tried to pick him up to love on him. Got up with the breeder and she told me to try the Sentry Calming collar. It worked immediately with him. He doesnt run away but wants you to love on him now. I would definitely give this collar a try for anyone having the same problems.

When visiting the area its worth the trip, especially for picking up large bulky items that would cost extra freight charges if I ordered online. I also like visiting the bargain barn, but Im a bit disappointed at the recent reduction of discounts given for damaged/returned items. If the discount isnt significant enough for a damaged or used item then I would rather just order it new and not have to fix a leak or get the manufacturers warranty (especially on the more expensive products!)

Read the reviews for the company before ordering, was warned about junk mail, so I created a throw-away email account to order. Went to download my email receipt from that account a week later, and discovered the junk mail folder was getting hammered by all manner of scam and phishing email. Thanks for attempting to sell my personal information, Jeffers Pet! On an unrelated note, I was satisfied with the product they sold, and the prices were reasonable.

You need something for your pet they usually have it. Always have for me at least. Great sales. Will send you catalogs and emails if you sign up for sales. Staff is beyond friendly. Always a smile for their customers. #MyMolly loves when I go there. Things for all kinds of animals, from horses to dogs, cats, you name it. I always enjoy my visit to there store. Spend a while in there too.

Low prices, huge selection (for almost all animals) and great customer service PLUS FREE shipping on most orders over $49. They have real live people (in the US) to answer questions (even online). The people really care about animals. Large enough to meet most needs but small enough to give that personal touch. The 12 days of Christmas sales (after Thanksgiving) are really awesome.

I called there earlier today to see if they had any medicine for my dog who has an uti. I talked to Renee and she was extremely helpful and even gave me a wellness check up kit to go with the medicine. Too early to see if the meds are working but I am glad I called them to see what they had.

Put in order due to good prices. Soon as I hit Submit button, came back that they were out of stock and back ordered. Three weeks later and four emails later, order arrived. Id advise buying from some place else if you want it in time to feed your hungry dog.
