I bought. 60 gallon fish tank n stand from petsmart. Unfortunately the tank cracked now while this is not petsmart problem the manager James and Stephanie went out of their way to make sure I got a replacement tank and a few things to put in my new tank. I am however going after Marineland for having a defective product. The tank cracked up the back and dumped 60 gallons of water on my bran new pergo floor. But the staff at petsmart was so compassionate to my problem. Thank you to James and Stephanie and the ladies that loaded up our new tank Sincerely Candace Taylor

Pay 180 dollars, 20 tip for the works on 2 small poodles. Get home they go to the bathroom and now were one feather out of 4 down. Next morning get up and notice that in one of them the nails werent even painted lime we paid. The on going having to continually update their rabbits record every other month. Why oh why do I continue using petsmart? Oh I dont want to have to drive 50 miles round trip for you to give me another feather or a add some polish. What ever happened to customer service in our nation?

Sounded like they had better things to do then help a customer on the phone. Called to see if they had a specific kinda dog door..lady said hold on while she looked...fine understandable..2nd person comes on and said yes they did have one..at this point common sense would tell ya to have the price as well right. .no he had to back to check again while sounding like i was wasting his time. If i didnt need the door i wouldnt be going..but yall need to get you stuff together. People on the phone are customes 2

What a wonderful store! They bathed my Rottweiler today and even managed to trim his nails (which he hates!). Im 6 months pregnant and first thing in the store, two people offered assistance. One of the associates searched for my dogs brand of food (that was out on the shelf) and carried it to the register and to my car! Such wonderful service that I dont mind the 40 minute drive. Wonderful staff and I love my new clean dog!

Ive been to a lot of PetSmarts in a few different states and this is one of the best Ive been too. Its always clean, the staff is very friendly, and they have a great selection of products. I have a Dog and a Rabbit, so its convenient that I can shop for both here and find just what I need. Theres even a pet care area where Im thinking of taking my Dog to be groomed.

I got 3 guppies from petsmart and only one of them lived, and for my other fish tank I got some goldfish and they all died. If you are thinking about getting fish go to wet pets they take better care of there fish and tell you more about them and all the fish I have got from there have lived. I WILL NEVER GET FISH FROM THEM AGAIN.

Absolutely horrible... took my sons dog to get groomed , the puppy had a scratch behind his right ear , it was red but healing the ladies at the guy her were nice but then some other ladies came out and told me my puppy has MANGE , are you kidding are you a vet or a pet groomer ? I wont be back for sure.

Most every time I go I get asked at the checkout if I found everything I need. Which to me is good so that the customer has what they need. I regularly shop here and everyone is nice. Only thing I would suggest is someone keeping areas clean from pet accidents and dump the poop bins/trash regularly.

DONT ADOPT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY ON MEDICAL BILLS Adopted a cat and shes the best but in 2 weeks I had to spend 150+$ on her to be taken to the vet for conjunctivitis and worms. they told us she was up to date on all shots and vaccines and that she was perfectly healthy.

Very helpful. Picked out a dog crate on line that was in stock in store. Got there and it was twice the price. They gave it to me at the on line price no questions asked. They greet you when you enter and are really good with returns and exchanges.

The girls in the fish department were more interested in talking to each other than actually selling any fish. I finally got their attention after about 20 minutes of us standing there waiting..she tried to talk us out of buying every fish we wanted.

Somewhat expensive and then when we went to check out they had one register open with @ 7 people waiting while 2 other employees are messing with another register?? So, why not stop messing with that one and just open the 3rd one...

People let their kids run wild. Id rather have dogs running everywhere than kids. Itd be nice if people kept their mongrels on a leash. The customer service is subpar. I just run in for what I need and run back out.

Went here to get fish for our tank. The cashier was not only on her phone but was rude when I asked about a special that they were running. Never have I been so insulted by a cashier. Wont ever be going back!

These folks will stiff you. The vets are all about talking you out of your money by running unnecessary tests. They prey upon people with sick or injured animals while they are vulnerable.

It took three tries to buy am aquarium filter that worked. The manager personally took care of us. We enjoy walking around and liking art the fish and pet supplies.

Banfield is the only vet in town with a dental xray. Other vets have xrays, but Banfield has an xray specifically for dental work, which makes all the difference.
