The customer service was good, if not excessive. The employees were friendly and helpful but when I wanted to speak to a manager about a product I wanted to order, thats when I got kinda impatient. I waited for about twenty minutes. After the girl came back with her manager (she apologised a lot, almost too much) I asked the manager if I could find more info on the product I was trying to order. He basically told me there was no way he could get that product in again. The worst part about it was that he turned and looked at the young female employee like she was stupid for even asking him. Places where the management seems so disrespectful of their employees make me feel uncomfortable. Its reminiscent of nazi Germany.

We have been going to this Pet Supplies Plus store for years now, we love the customer service there. All of the employees and managers have been very understanding and extremely helpful, whenever there was an issue with a specific product. They take great care of their customers! Highly recommend!

They have an enormous selection! The staff are very nice and helpful. The prices arent too high. Our certs recommended products we could only get here or online. Nice to know we can go check things out first. They do have a coupon and frequent purchase program which helps!

Friendly and helpful staff who always asks if its ok before petting or giving treats to your pet (which is a huge plus!!!) The baked treats are my dogs favorite! Highly recommend this store for pet owners!

I would give them a 5 if they had a senior discount like the one in Dyer, Indiana. They are building one in LaPorte and I am thrilled because this store has so many items you cant find at other pet stores.

Lots of random pet stuff prices are higher than tractor supply an walmart. They have super fancy dog food an catfood. So if you need some mediated stuff they have plenty.
